Plumbing reviews in Elkhorn, Nebraska

Culture!!

Prompt service, gave me pricing before doing the work. Everything turned out great.

Every time I need them, they're always there right away with great service at a reasonable cost. Thanks John Henry's!

The best service, the best people, and the best company! We love John Henry's.

John Henry’s did an awesome job installing my new A/C and furnace. The team was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

$343 for one sweat on a 1/2 inch line going to washer. The "tech" aka master plumber with skill and time worth gold originally "quoted" $445 to fix it. After I stopped laughing he then said he forgot to check a coupon box and mysteriously lowered the price another $50. Stating he lowered it to a non severe plumbing issue. One sweat 1/2 in line $343. Let that sink in before calling. I did approve the work as to not have my tenants with small children bothered by more traffic. Just glad they will never be in one of my properties again.

He and Andrew did great work! Would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Big Birge has handled all of our plumbing issues for the last several years. They are easy to schedule, and always reliable. I highly recommend Big Birge!

Our experience was very positive. We got next day service and great communication from customer rep and the plumber who serviced our home. Everything was as advertised and explained well. I was a little surprised by the cost, for a fairly simple job, with the service added to the call out fee. But it is in line with any other plumbing service we've had previously.
Overall, I'd recommend Big Birge ahead of any others we've used over the years.

Big Birge was professional from beginning to end. Cameron was a joy to meet and proficient plumber. I will recommend Big Birge to all my friends

Dennis is so great to work with! Over the 11 years we have lived in our home, he has helped us a few times now. He has excellent communication, customer service and plumbing knowledge. Highly recommend Big Birge Plumbing.

They were extremely responsive. Dennis was experienced, friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend Big Birge!

Dennis just finished a service call at my house due to water hammering a moment ago. He assisted us last year with a water heater replacement, as well.

Both service calls were excellent. The pricing was reasonable, especially given Dennis’s experience of over forty years. He was very patient with me explaining various random plumbing-adjacent issues in our house. He took the time to explain the cause of each problem and how much it would cost to repair without pressuring me to purchase a solution immediately. He also gave me tips on how to handle a couple smaller issues myself.

I’d recommend Big Birge Plumbing to anyone looking to have any plumbing issues inspected in their home. They had a fast response time and made sure each problem was addressed prior to leaving for their next appointment.

Dennis is a seasoned veteran with all the tools hospitality professionalism experience and kind. Will recommend and use again thanks.

Dennis was right on time, very thorough and explained what our options were. He answered all my questions and got right to work. We really appreciate him! Dennis and the Big Birge Plumbing team has always taken really good care of us and we trust them with all our plumbing needs.

This company is the best ! Exceptional service . They were here within an hour and were very professional and got the job done quickly !

We had a clogged kitchen sink that we could not remedy on our own. I called Big Birge Plumbing and made an appointment. They got us on their schedule right away. They were kept in touch about when they would arrive and were right on time. Ben was our plumber. He let us know what he was doing, what it was correcting, and how to prevent further problems with our sink. Once everything was complete he double checked everything and cleaned up his work area. I highly recommend Big Birge Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

technician was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and was upfront with everything. then did great work timely.

David installed a fire pit gas line. He did fantastic work! I’d recommend him to anyone.

We thought Joe and Ryan did an excellent job on installation of our vavle. They were very professional and they were very timely in the completion of the project. We would recommend Big Birge Plumbing to our friends and family. Thank you.

Big Birge added an extra water hose outlet for us. It was a smaller type job that didn't take Dennis H. much time to do it, but it was very nice to know that even with a small job, Big Birge did excellent work. They will certainly be our next choice for any repairs/additions to both our house and our business. Very, very happy!
