Worked on a commercial project with them! They are lost as an entire company, had to have another company come in and bail them out and two weeks after I was compete they still were there.. embarrassing!

He came out three times and couldn't fix the problem.

Called several times over multiple days and they never called back when they said they would.

Follow up: Stopped by in person, talked to a gentleman who said he would look into why I never got a call back. Left my contact info and here it is, another 2 weeks gone by with NOTHING!

Charge $90 to come look at things two months ago and now they say they are too busy to come back and do the work.

Our wired smoke detectors started chirping at 4am on a Saturday. We tried to fix them but were unable. At 7am I phoned the on call electrician. He tried to help us over the phone but we ended up asking him to come out anyways. He was very helpful, polite and professional. He even waited a while to make sure that no more would go off. On Monday they called me to inquire about my situation. They came right out to quickly replace all of our smoke detectors. They were, again, very polite, helpful and professional. We appreciate their wonderful help immensely.

I recently had an outdoor outlet installed and Lawrence went above and beyond, not only installed the outlet, he also hooked up my bubbling birdbath and sent me a picture.
