Air Comfort H&C was prompt & efficient in my HVAC repair, even in this hot spell we've had. Mario found the leak in the indoor accumulator, was able to price the part & repair, & found that my unit was still under warranty, on the spot. I paid 1/2, & the part was ordered. Today Mario returned, replaced the part, recharged the refrigerant, & completed the service. He was professional, polite, & efficient. In a matter of hours my split level house was chilling beautifully. I highly recommend this company, & Mario for quality service. Thank you!

Air Comfort always does great work most recently Gabriel did great work on our system checkup just like our previous technician Wes that we always know will do great work

Fixed what needed to be fixed. Fast and very helpful. Explained the settings on the thermostat.

Service TECH Gabriel was great and very polite! I can always trust him keep me informed. Phone calls made for service request were very friendly and helpful as well. Lacey was "GREAT" This visit was considered an emergency (by us and the cats) and we couldn't have been happier with how fast the issue was fixed, Thank you!

Gabriel was a great technician. He was nice and made it all understandable. They are prompt and address your issue.

Great experience overall. All three of the technicians Gabriel, Andres and Wyatt were thorough and detail oriented in troubleshooting, identify and correcting the problems with the system. I'd use/recommend Air Comfort and these three techs again. The system had multiple problems (thermostat, cooling coil and TXP valve). All were diagnosed and corrected.

Gabriel did a great job, as always. He was very thorough and let us know that our system was running fine!

Wes and Matt were timely, thorough and professional. Very nice young men. They showed us pictures of our air ducts as they went, as well as sent us before and after pictures via email. We appreciate their service and will definitely call Air Comfort next time we need this service.

I just had air comfort install a furnace, water heater and central air. Chris was extremely helpful in helping me with the system set-up. I live in an old building built in 1871 and in the past when i have hired contractors they see that the building is old and they begin to cut corners and acquire the this should be good enough attitude. Not so with Air Comfort. The two installers were professional and from watching them work and the finished install took a lot of pride in doing the job right. Rare in this day and age. My entire family has over the years had them do installs and every time it was done right and with pride in the workmanship. My hat is off to the owners and the crew they have.
New review, 6/20/24. Josiah S. came today and worked on my evaporator pump. He was extremely professional and took care of my problem. I have always liked dealing with Air Comfort in Fremont.

Gabriel V is one of the best HVAC guys around. He takes time to explain everything that is going right and wrong. He is a good dude!

Always had a good experience with Air Comfort in the 17 years we’ve been working with them. I appreciate the new text confirmations that show the technician’s photo, name and a brief bio. It’s a great security measure but also makes for good conversation when they come for a service call!

Service techs explained the A/C system maintenance they were doing well. Cleaned up the unit outside and checked electrical readings and said everything was good.

Wes M and Matt S did our duct cleanings Wednesday 9/24/25.
They were so good at keeping us informed and when they would be in each room so we could adjust where we and our2 pups were. They were courteous, answered all our questions and showed pictures of the before and after. WE NEEDED out ducts cleaned! Lacey answered our questions between the different options and got us scheduled showing great customer service. Suzy called and said the guys were on their way and we received a text with pictures of the guys and a little bit about them. It's a great security feature in our crazy world, and nice to know a little more about them other than the "duct guys". Highly recommend Air Comfort for both our Heating and AC units (purchased and service) as well as this recent duct cleaning. The price was fair and with a company I trust.

Holly and Gabriel are probably some of the best technicians I’ve met care about the problem at hand and offer plenty of solutions fast at everything they do definitely will be using them for all my HVAC needs now and in the future! And appreciate how far they travel

Matt and Wes are great at their job. Very knowledgeable and made the whole process of duct cleaning easy. They even loved up on my large dogs! I highly recommend Air Comfort heating and cooling!
