Service techs explained the A/C system maintenance they were doing well. Cleaned up the unit outside and checked electrical readings and said everything was good.

Wes M and Matt S did our duct cleanings Wednesday 9/24/25.
They were so good at keeping us informed and when they would be in each room so we could adjust where we and our2 pups were. They were courteous, answered all our questions and showed pictures of the before and after. WE NEEDED out ducts cleaned! Lacey answered our questions between the different options and got us scheduled showing great customer service. Suzy called and said the guys were on their way and we received a text with pictures of the guys and a little bit about them. It's a great security feature in our crazy world, and nice to know a little more about them other than the "duct guys". Highly recommend Air Comfort for both our Heating and AC units (purchased and service) as well as this recent duct cleaning. The price was fair and with a company I trust.

Holly and Gabriel are probably some of the best technicians I’ve met care about the problem at hand and offer plenty of solutions fast at everything they do definitely will be using them for all my HVAC needs now and in the future! And appreciate how far they travel

Matt and Wes are great at their job. Very knowledgeable and made the whole process of duct cleaning easy. They even loved up on my large dogs! I highly recommend Air Comfort heating and cooling!

Holly was so personable and helpful through the entire process. I will be forever grateful for all her help during the stressful time of having to replace the unit. Holly was very helpful providing information so I could make a good decision. Team that did the installation was great and took the time to walk me through items that was different from my old unit. Left the area cleaner then it was when they started.

Air Comfort got us out of a potential bad spot. My daughter’s furnace was not heating with a cold below zero weather system moving in. They got us on the schedule same day as I called . Gabriel came out. Very knowledgeable and courteous young man from the local area . He got us up and running in quick fashion and for a reasonable rate. They are now our go to hvac company. Fremont based, and that’s important, couldn’t have done better .

I called Air Comfort randomly because we needed to have our ducts cleaned after a basement renovation. From the initial phone call to switching dates to the day of cleaning, all employees were kind, courteous, and very personable! Wes & Matt were efficient, kind and great to work with! This was our first experience with Air Comfort and we have nothing but positive feedback! Lacey, Holly, James and Derek were all very professional and helpful in the process of installing a full new HVAC system with a high efficiency hybrid heat pump within a week of our call when the furnace stopped working. Communication was incredible and thorough! James and Derek were both very polite, friendly, and professional. We truly appreciate the team effort and are very happy with the outcome!
