I was extremely pleased with the concrete ramp to my front porch, and new driveway! The workers were fast, and thorough. I highly recommend their services!

I had a small porch that needed mudjacked and they did great work. Highly recommend the Concrete Doctor.

We went in with our neighbors to raise the concrete on our driveway. There were no other issues with it. There was no communication afterwards. After not showing up they had to be called to find out when they would. Not once did they say our driveway could crack or we wouldn’t have used their services. We had zero cracks in our driveway. They created a crack from one side to the other. They didn’t do the work that was discussed at our neighbors. We called them and was left with it’s your problem not ours. We were told they might be able to come out to fill the crack but that could create more and make it larger. Not professional at all. Pretty much got a quick Saturday job from a company that didn’t want to be there.
Do not use this company!

We had Concrete Doctor mud jack driveway and sidewalk. They also added a small piece of concrete to fill in an area by the sidewalk. The repairs look great. They are very efficient and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend.

The Concrete Doctor team replaced my driveway expansion joint caulking. Did an excellent job!!
They were very careful, but fast & neat, & left no mess behind.
Before I decided on them I got several bids & they were right in the middle. I Also inspected a previous driveway caulking job they did & that convinced me that I could expect a good result.

We highly recommend Southwick Liquid Waste. My wife and I lived in town for 21 years before deciding to move to the country. We always had a water softener, but no experience with how that might affect a septic system. We had water standing on top of the ground in the lateral field and thought our system had failed. Jason asked how often our water softener was cycling/discharging and suggested we adjust it before doing anything else. We changed the cycle, still had soft water and the excess water problem went away. We were prepared to put in a new system - Jason's advice saved us thousands of dollars!

Had an exceptional experience with Southwick Liquid Waste. They replaced our tank and installed the new one properly. The prior issue we had was due to an incorrect tank installation in 2007 by another septic company. Southwick was prompt and installed the tank and cleaned up all the dirt work afterwards! System works extremely well now.

Living on an acreage, we have unique sewer and drain issues. Southwick Liquid Waste arrived promptly, addressed the issue and fixed the problem. Their personnel are very professional, attentive and thorough. Thanks.

The whole crew is beyond helpful! My husband and I have been trying to get our septic checked and pumped for awhile. A company in our county kept dragging out when they could be her but Southwick made the effort to come out our way relatively quick! Can't say enough good things about Southwick Liquid Waste and Bill who pumped our septic tank recently. Great response after I called and Bill was there the next day. Bill is a delight and meeting him was worth the entire experience. He did a great job and we couldn't be more pleased.
