He arrived promptly, quickly identified that the leakage was due to deteriorated grout, and took the time to explain his findings in a clear and comprehensible manner. His diagnosis was accurate. To further ensure his diagnosis, Raymond checked a few other potential issues, only leaving once he was completely certain that the worn-out grout was the sole cause of the problem. Looking back, I wish I had contacted Raymond's plumbing service first - it would have saved me a significant amount of money and unnecessary frustration. I can't recommend their services enough!

However, the plumbers, Elias and Raymond, assured me that they would repair the main line only for the cost of parts. Given the numerous plumbing issues I've encountered over the years due to my home's age, I was prepared for main line problems. However, it was reassuring to know that I wouldn't have to worry about this additional main line issue in the future. 10 stars if I could! My weekend was totally saved by Raymond and the plumbing crew. My kitchen sink was badly backed up, way past what I could handle on my own. I called in the morning, and by the afternoon, they had everything fixed. They jetted the pipes, showed me all the buildup that was cleared out, and did a really solid job. They even cleaned up after themselves. When I tried to fix it myself, I thought I had broken some PVC pipes, but Raymond just took care of it and glued it all back together. He could have tried to sell me extra stuff, but he didn't. I’m super grateful for the whole team, including the folks who helped schedule the job. Without them, I’d have wasted my whole Saturday and probably made things worse. Just call the pros!
