I was very pleased with my experience with Arroyo Roofing. After the storm almost every roof in our neighborhood needed a new roof. We contacted Arroyo Roofing and they were out the next day to look at and estimate the replacement cost of the new roof. Marco and Pedro were very easy to work with and were even able to show me a way to save some money on my homeowners insurance. My roof was replaced with in a day and the total process from estimate to completion only took about a week. There are other neighbors in my area that are still waiting for their roofs to get replaced. I have recommended them to several other friends and family. Arroyo Roofing has gained a customer for life.

Arroyo Roofing recently came out for an inspection and determined our roof had not been properly ventilated. They were awesome! So professional, knowledgeable and friendly, I felt they truly cared the job was done right for our own piece of mind. The job only took a couple of hours, and even just chatting with Marco made me trust him and his crew, which was why we decided to go with them. He takes pride in his work, and even bought paint so all the vents on the roof matched! We were so pleased we even asked if they could help with other projects. Arroyo Roofing was first recommended to us by our remodeling contractor and we have used them four times to replace roofs on our properties. They work quickly and carefully, completing the tear off and shingling in one day. We appreciate the care they take to be sure all the nails are picked up when done. Their foreman communicates well with the customer to make sure you are satisfied with the job.

My old roof was installed improperly and therefor was leaking. After receiving several bids for a new roof Arroyo was the cheapest by a large sum of money. Don't be fooled, the lower bid did not come with lower quality work. Arroyo did a fantastic job with my new roof. Pete was very professional and easy to work with during the whole process. We had Arroyo Roofing and Contracting come out after a hail storm to replace the roof they installed almost 20 years prior. We ended up hiring them for various projects around our property. Everyone at Arroyo is so honest, hardworking, and has such good quality work. We are pleased with everything they did and will use them for future projects. I went with Arroyo roofing because I wanted to support a family owned and operated business; but I did not want to sacrifice quality and great service. My experience with Arroyo roofing was excellent. My roof was replaced in one day. Clear communication, fast workers, attention to detail, cleaned up, and remained extremely professional and friendly!

Work was top notch! Was able to patch the roof after the storm that was a couple years old and I can't even tell! They inspected the roof and said it was good so i didnt spend money I didnt need to. Workers were nice and cared to make sure job site was clean of any extra nails or debris when they were done.

Arroyo Roofing stepped up and took on replacing my roof despite numerous challenges that made this a more difficult job than most. The house is over 100 years old and had never had a total roof replacement, rather another layer was added as needed, resulting in five layers of shingles. This produced close to 100 cu yards of debris that had to be removed, cleaned up, and hauled off. Access was made more difficult by the close proximity of neighboring houses, no alley access, and no street parking anywhere close to the property. Add on plus 100-degree heat index and this became a job not for the lighthearted. Marco and his crew stepped up and blew this one out of the water. By noon of the first day they had the upper roof stripped and by the end of the day it was sheeted and blacked in. A couple days later the entire project was complete. The roof debris was initially up to three feet deep, and they left without a sign of any of it. We took a metal detector to the area and washed down the paved areas and only found five nails left behind after what must have been thousands dropped during the demo. Their workmanship was top notch, nobody standing around, just dealing with what needed to be done. To turn that roof around in the short amount of time they did in those conditions was truly amazing. They also recommended a separate contractor for the replacement of the fascia boards, gutters and downspouts, who also contributed to some other repairs of the soffits and eves, (Ruby Restorations), and their work ranks right up there with that of the Arroyo crew. I highly recommend Arroyo Roofing for your next roof.

I was left in a panic when I noticed that my roof had some damage to it after the high winds over the weekend. I immediately called a few of the larger local companies to come out and take a look but was told they would not have time this week. I called Marco and Arroyo Roofing and was told that they would be out first thing the next day. At 8:30am my doorbell rang and I was greeted with smile and a handshake from Marco himself the owner. Marco said since it was their first time at my place he wanted to come out and personally meet me and inspect the roof himself. After about 5 minutes on the roof Marco and his employee where able to assure me this was a minor fix and something they could take care of same day. Marco came prepared and had brought a few shingles with incase the extras I had where no good. By 9:30am my roof was fixed and my worries gone. I would recommend Arroyo Roofing to all my friends and family as I know they will take care of them. Thank you again Marco and staff for a great experience, next time I need any roofing needs you will be my first and only call.

The Arroyo Roofing and Contracting team did an exceptionally professional job installing my new roof, gutters, drains and window screen replacement after a hail storm. Importantly, Mark patiently explained to me how the insurance worked, the diagrams, and accomplished all the work within the budget allowed by my insurance company. I would not hesitate to recommend Arroyo Roofing to my friends and neighbors.

Arroyo Roofing was as much as $5,000 cheaper than some bids. They inspected my roof the day I called them, and it was finished 2 weeks later, they were fast, did a excellent clean up, and the roof looks great again. I would recomend them highly.

Whenever I do a major project on my house, I always go with the local guys. Unlike larger companies & corporations, the local boys actually care about what they do and how they do it... and unlike larger companies/corporations, they are not held to bottom lines, quotas, etc. Arroyo was recommended to us by a contractor my family trusts and boy, have we ever been so happy! Over the past year-plus, Arroyo has been out to our house a number of times, pinpointing problems as they arose... and sometimes even coming over on their own accord (nice!). More recently, when we received hail damage, we chose Arroyo. We couldn't be more pleased! Other roofers - those I've seen working on neighboring houses... sometimes those roofers can take several days to complete a project. Not Arroyo! They had a full crew on my roof in the morning and were done in half a day, to my surprise!... and the results speak for themselves. Not only did Arroyo find some additional problems, they also did some finer touches here & there, which are just fantastic! Bottom line: If you want a roofer that you can trust - a roofer who sticks to their word and is more than willing to work with you on your roofing needs, then Arroyo is it! Highly recommended - A+++ !!!!!

My roof looks amazing! I have gotten compliments from neighbors. We were scheduled in quickly, everything all completed within a couple days. Chose the black singles class 3. Very friendly and helpful with the process. Definitely would recommend.
