I received an informal quote for a deck from them on May 7 via Facebook messenger. I was told that day that they would send a quote “right over.” On May 14th, I reached out again to check on the status of the quote I had not yet received. I was told they would “send over the estimate and diagram ASAP, you can expect it by Monday!” (May 18). I reached out again on May 21, because I still had no quote. I was told I would have it that day. I did a final reach out on May 28. They read the message that day and never responded. I had neighbors looking to have similar projects done and have told them all about the poor service I received. Very disappointing considering other positive reviews.

Terrible customer service. What he says and what he does are two different things. Was suppose to finish our deck since September still not done. Texted him several times and no response. I told him if he didn't want to finish the job just have the decency to let me know still no response. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Juan was professional, considerate, allowed for changes fron the original plan, attentive and flexible. He did a great job, quickly and with the best materials.. even though that is hard to find at this time.. and, lol he didnt mind my questions. Recommend Cornhusker Construction to anyone who wants a quality job done.. and wants to support a local family and construction. Well done

Cornhusker Construction was very responsive to any of our concerns. We normally received a response to our inquiries on the same day. Juan (Cornhusker Construction) kept us periodically updated on the progress. Overall, great job finishing our basement.

Cornhusker Construction did a trim project for us to update the master bedroom our home. Everything turned out great! They were there on time and had it all done in one afternoon! They gave us options and communicated through the whole process and it looks great! Definitely would recommend them to any friends and family and will be using them for many projects to come in the future in our new home!

Juan and his crew did a great job on our basement remodel! He was quick to come out and do an estimate as well as quick to get the project started! We are very happy with the work we had done and will definitely be working with Cornhusker Construction again for future projects.

Juan and his team did great work! Easy to work with, and got the work done quickly! We had laminate flooring put in the main part of the house, carpet in the bedrooms and some drywall repairs.

Juan took out a closet door in our living area, dry walled to cover the door opening and then relocated the door to the hallway in our home. He did a wonderful job and always made sure the work site was cleaned at the end of the day! Great communication too!! Highly recommend!

Happy with the work Juan and team did for our basement which involved a new shower, flooring, baseboards, carpet, drywall, and a small framed area for a corner cubby. His quotes were reasonable and comparable to others. The quote was very detailed down to the specific task of the job. Juan was very patient with all my questions before and during the project.
