Ryan and Finn did a great job today installing my Xmas lights. I couldn’t be more pleased. Summit Lawns was timely and installed just as promised.

Summit Lawns arrived in a timely manner to install our Christmas lights. They look great! Can’t wait to turn them on.

Hired Summit to mow my lawn weekly last summer and despite leaving detailed notes they mowed over a plant in my yard. Hired them this summer one time while we were out of town and same story, right over the plant I implored them not to mow over. Teams do not review the notes so don't count on it. One-off mowing is extortionate in pricing, more than 5x the weekly mowing rate - I paid ~$65 weekly last year and over $300 for the one-off. Would not recommend.

Edit to add: Summit got in contact due to this review and offered to make it right so I will give them some credit here. I did have a frustrating experience and they acknowledged that the team needs to do better on paying attention to notes. The pricing issue ended up being some missing communication and understanding on both sides. I did get more than just mowing - there was edging and trimming and clean up as well. We left it agreeing that there could have been better communication about pricing and I asked for a partial refund and was granted one. Original review was one star, but I bumped to 3. I probably won't engage with them again but thank you Summit for listening.

Used them this summer for our lawn. We didn’t see any noticeable changes over the entire summer. We were really hoping they would give us ways to regrow our grass in dead spots.

If we are playing for a service to improve the quality of our lawn, it’s reasonable to assume they would take necessary action to change their approach if there are no improvements. We were patient the whole summer but nothing changed. We were the ones that had to bring up that nothing has improved. We called them to say we were unsatisfied with the service and a manager was going to come out. I wish we could talk in person but they came out and then had a separate person call us on behalf of them.

They gave us more instructions to change our watering times which is helpful, but why was this not addressed until we brought it up? We don’t feel valued as a customer which is unfortunate.

We are very happy with the work that Hugo and Tim did with both the front and back yard! You all do a wonderful job!

When one huge Ash tree in the front yard, and another Huge Ash tree in the backyard both drop all their leaves in one day, the result is soul crushing. In just a few hours, the guys from Summit cleaned up what would have taken me 'till Spring to do on my own. They didn't just do the leaves. They tackled the mowing, edging, and trimming as well. I can't rate them highly enough.

We love Summit Lawns! Every year, our yard looks better and better. Marie is our favorite! She does a great job and is careful around our baby trees. She even makes sure our gate is closed and the lock is back on so our 3 dogs don't get out. Thanks Summit Lawns!

My daughter is so utterly thankful that while cleaning up the lawn they found her glasses and left a note. Amazing surprise! So very thoughtful and amazing find among all the leaves we had!

Cole with Summit Lawns came out today and over-seeded our lawn. He did great, he made sure the lawn and all corners and hard to reach areas all got good coverage. I really appreciate him doing such a thorough job. Great work Cole!!

If you are just looking for mowing services Summit does the job, however they go above and beyond in the extra services catagory. Fertilization, aeration and yesterday I had their team do clean up for a large overgrown area. They are awesome for this type of work!

Moved into our new home around three years ago. The lawn was in terrible shape. I did what I could with the time I had (had a two-year old and newborn at the time), but it wasn't anywhere close to how I wanted it. Noticed some fungus growing in the back yard so I requested a quote, which I received back immediately via email, and I scheduled with Summit to help fix the fungus issue. Ted stopped by personally a few days later while I was mowing and introduced himself and looked at the yard. He explained all the fertilizer services they provide and that day I called to set up regular feedings and fertilizing. Summit has been coming out for less than a year and it already looks better than it did in the entire two years before that. It has been a great investment and we couldn't be happier with our lawn. Looking forward to how it will look next year at this time. Thanks Ted and team!

I applaud both Hugo and Jaden who did the fall cleanup for my yard this morning. My backyard was nothing short of an overgrown jungle of weeds that I’ve been failing at miserably over the summer and early fall trying to manage, but these 2 absolutely killed it and removed every last weed/overgrown nuisance in my yard and it looks over 1000 times better than yesterday. Side note, I also love the stickers of them they put on the door tag so I had a picture to go with their names.

Jaden stopped by a couple days ago as he said he or someone else would do. He did what we talked about the week before and I'm quite pleased with his work and follow through. He's a great representative. He shared with me about his family and marriage and pleased he felt comfortable enough to share . Treat him well.. ‼️

5 stars for my technician Ike. Always a smile, always good work and quick responses. Our property is difficult to pull a giant hose around and protect all the trees and foliage. Thanks Ike!

Can't believe the work that Nick from Summit did for us today. We're preparing our home for sale and on very short notice, he was able to completely transform our backyard with mulch and design. Wish we would have called them sooner. Cheers to Nick and his hard work!

We had Summit install Christmas lights on our historic home. The team did an amazing job, running lights along the top window of our 2-story home and along the roofline of both levels. It looked a little spare on the front entry, so I asked if they could also run lights on the north side of our portico. The team was out the next day, adding lights on that side, which made a HUGE difference. I really appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to service!
