This company is the best! Ken, Jackie, Allan and the crew really came through for us replacing a worn-out wood retaining wall in our backyard and the old edging and rock.

We now have a beautiful decorative block wall with new edging, rock and sod. It is all we hoped it would be.

Ken and Jackie were great to work with. They came up with a design and implemented it. Communication was excellent they quickly answered any questions we had about the process. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have landscaping done.

Our project wasn't a big one, but a big investment for us. From the beginning when we met Jackie at the Lawn and Garden Show, through to the follow-up appointment and bid, they were such professionals guiding us through our vision, and making it even better than we had hoped. Jackie, Ken and the Crew were amazing to work with and we not only recommend them, but look forward to calling them when we're ready to do our back yard project. Luxury Landscapes has phenomenal customer service - from the initial visit to the post project check in and guide for watering and caring for your new plants. We love our new landscape! I had a disappointing experience with Luxury Landscape. While they did a good job with my parents retaining wall, the grass seeding with plastic netting was a disaster.

Despite our request to plant the grass in the spring, they did it in the heat of June which resulted in a very poor growth that compounded when my dad was battling cancer and receiving treatment. Now, as their daughter, I see it is important to step in and communicate with this business. Planting grass by seed or sod in June or July requires some extra care to ensure that the seedlings have enough moisture for healthy growth, something that my parents could not feasibly do.

Moreover, the plastic netting (the biggest issue) used for the grass seeding is everywhere and causing us a lot of trouble. Last year, when my parents called they said they would take it out in a few weeks, and did not. Had they removed the net, this issue would have been resolved because we understand the seeding failed and my parents are partially to blame in concern with the success of the grass, but that does not excuse this business leaving behind netting. My parents unfortunately paid the final deposit before they removed the netting, and luxury landscape never came back.

Come this spring, we are still removing it and it's a real hassle. My mother has mixed osteo and rheumatoid pattern arthritis on her hand, so when she is removing the netting, she has to take medicine to help with the pain.

I emailed this business on April 9th. This business offered no solutions other than mail us a small reimbursement to my parents for removing it. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive since the 11th to our requests for a follow-up and reseed with a grass I would provide. I followed up again on the 14th- no response.

Like I said above: this is our personal experience, and you can see that others have had great experiences. Which is great! I really wish I could say the same for us. The netting that they left behind is the dealbreaker.

I would like to advise others to be firm about when and how they want the planting to be done, and have everything in writing. Don't leave it to the professionals, be informed when is the best time to seed and consider the pros and cons to netting.

In short, the experience with Luxury Landscape was disappointing, and while they did great on the retaining I wouldn't recommend them for any grass seeding or landscaping work.

My project was a pretty large one. My home is a new build so there was no landscaping. I met with Ken and Jackie in November. We walked the property and I asked for their input. I had a few things that I wanted like front stone steps and a pergola. Other than that, I looked to them for advice. They got me detailed plans along with the quote and I thought everything looked great. Their crew came in during Winter and started the project. They completed the plants and pergola last week. I was pleased with how clean and professional their entire team was. My house has beautiful curb appeal and now my back porch will be usable since I have this multi tier pergola. Thank you to Ken, Jackie, Allan, and the entire install team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow is all I can say. At first I thought I knew what I wanted, then changed my mind, after all they are the professionals and I put my trust in them. Gave them a budget. Told them I wanted to feel like I was sitting in my garden instead of looking at it, wanted color and low maintenance. I left town and came back to a fairyland oasis! They hit all my targets and then some! I landed from vacation, drove to my house and didn't even unload my car.. instead I went straight to the garden and enjoyed it.. it is that pretty! Thanks to Luxury Landscape, our dream is a reality. We had been wanting to tackle our outdoor living area for a couple of years. The project was going to require some major skills and tools, as well as materials. We also wanted to do as much ourselves as we possibly could. The task seemed overwhelming and we put it off. When I was googling landscaping sites for ideas, I came across Luxury Landscape. I fell in love with the idea of of "Design and Consult" with varying levels of help from a landscaper. After contacting Ken and Jackie, they visited our home and listened to all of our dreams and wishes for the outdoor area. Both Ken and Jackie asked great questions and made helpful suggestions. The next step was the drawing and supply list, which was exactly where I needed help. From there, the project got underway. It was a joint effort on both sides, with Luxury Landscape answering our many questions and advising us on next steps. It was great to have them onsite for laying the pavers and building the steps, and we were grateful for their excellent skills in this area. We are so thrilled with the final project and all the special touches, right down to polished Mexican Pebble Rock, wet-look sealer, sitting wall, and lighting. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your landscaping needs.

We have a waterfall with a pond below in our backyard. We had someone come, look at it and quote us an outrages price to repair it, due to leaking which couldn't be located. In steps Ken and Jackie, thank heavens!! Along with their team (HUGE shout out to Jace!!), after much long, hard work, they find the leak and we're back up and running. A million thank yous to these wonderful folks. They are fantastic!!

We contacted Jackie and Ken to help us make something out of the perpetual bare spot under the tree in our front yard. We had some ideas we shared with them, to say the design Jackie developed took it to another level is definitely an understatement. Stacked rock, dry riverbed, flagstone path, planting berms and the plantings are breathtaking. From the first contact we could tell we were working with professionals, as we got further along we found how nice they are. Their crew were all professional, respectful, hard working and fun. They finished the job in basically a day and a half. They left the work area absolutely spotless and except for the awesome landscape feature it was like they were never there. If you have any landscaping needs these are the people to contact. So a great landscape feature, very fair pricing all provided by the greatest group of people.

I could not recommend Luxury Landscape highly enough! Jackie and Ken were INCREDIBLE GUIDES on our landscaping journey. I live far away from their team, but they still tackled the project from afar. They took the image of our home’s front landscape and totally reimagined it. From there, what initially felt like an overwhelming project, quickly became doable, broken down step-by-step. We are very happy with our landscaping project! I would highly recommend Luxury Landscape to anyone looking to complete a landscaping project. We understood that there would be a wait to get the job done, but that’s to be expected when you’re booking a quality outfit. It has been a few weeks since installation and everything is doing well and prospering. The install crew did a great job and left everything looking great! The office staff was equally great, very professional and responsive to our questions. Overall, this was a top notch experience and we could not be happier with the end result.
