Shelly and her crew are awesome! She overhauled my front landscaping 4 years ago, and I love it. I wanted easy to maintain and they delivered. It looks great. I still need questions answered (gardening is not in my wheelhouse) and she responds quickly. She stops by occasionally and checks that everything is thriving. I had one shrub that had a bad winter ,and she replaced it! I applaud this continued service!

Working with Shelly and her team was a dream when asked to clear out an old, neglected bed from the previous owner I wanted to rehabilitate. Shelly and her team were very responsive from the very beginning when we reached out to them to help us with the design of our yard as we were changing to all perennials. She listened to our ideas. She and her team implemented them and did all the work in one day. They planted all the plants, the trees, laid down the barrier and hauled in the mulch and used rocks creatively for function and design in the yard. They were very hard-working and respectful. The neighbors loved that the whole team was in hot pink. We will definitely use Shelly and her team for maintenance next year. This is the perfect company for aging septuagenarians who want to stay in their home versus going to a townhouse. The yard has become too much work for us.

Shelly and her team did a wonderful job helping us pick out trees for our backyard, taking into consideration our goals and preferences. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They installed my system decades ago, and I’ve always had excellent service from them.

I recently had an issue with a split pipe and backflow problem thaf needed immediate attention. After one phone call, Jake jumped on the problem with quick thinking and action, coordinated an excellent plumber, and resolved the issue expeditiously. He saved me a huge repair bill.

If you want knowledgeable and skilled people that you can trust, look no further.

Had these guys restore an old sprinkler system so that it was once again in working condition. First of all, they were on time (actually early!) and extremely friendly. They did the job effectively and efficiently at a fair price. They replaced a number of the sprinkler heads and dealt with some leaks in the plumbing. And did I mention, they were extremely friendly? Needless to say, we are very happy with the work that they did for us! Thank you guys!

We're extremely unhappy with Cummins and looking for a different sprinkler maintenance company moving forward. We had them blow out our system this past winter, yet when we went to turn on our system this spring, our backflow preventer was busted. To make things worse, they still expected us to pay for their mistakes! They expect us to pay for the plumber labor and parts even though we did our part of having Cummins blow out our system. If they had done this step appropriately, then we wouldn't have needed a plumber to come out at all. (Also, they choose their own plumber instead of us sending our own out, so there's no option to get your preferred plumber to fix this, which is another miss because we love our normal plumber.) They then argued with us saying they couldn't find record of blowing out our system, yet we paid them in early January, so we have proof of payment.

They're not easy to work with anymore. They've increased prices outrageously over the last year, and are really not focusing on customer service like we look for in a local company.

Their work is good but they need to improve their administration. They don't return phone calls, I wonder if it has to do with a small billing issue where they did not send me a bill but then were crabby with me when I had not paid it yet. Paid it right away when I finally got the bill.

We had Cummins Sprinkler out to fix a leak. The leak was not fixed but they still sent a bill. Talked to a very rude older lady who basically said too bad but agreed to send out someone again. They did fix the leak but sent a second bill for that visit. When we called to say why were we billed again when you didn't fix it the first time? We were told to pay or they would turn us into collections. We will NEVER use them again.
