5 stars, great experience. Fast and friendly. I will say the crew showed up almost an hour early without calling (which could've been an issue if we weren't home) but it was not a problem in the end. Will still recommend and use in the future!

Chem Dry just finished up our upstairs hallway and steps going downstairs to our main living space. They also cleaned our walkout area. Service completed was carpet cleaning and protection. They did a fantastic job. Carpet looks great.

I bought a house and the seller hid a awful cat urine smell with deodorizers and plug ins. When we walked thru after they moved out the smell was terrible..Jeff from chem dry came over the gest day. He was positive he could get it out. They cleaned it and said give it a week if it isn't give we will come back and re treat it. Which is what they had to do. They did such a great job! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Sandy in the office is so nice and responsive .

These guys are always nice, and I can count on them to do excellent work. I like Chem Dry because their cleaning process is an effective and environmentally friendly way to keep our carpets clean. We appreciate their good service.

4 bedrooms, basement, large area rug, sectional and spot cleaned a chair. He found less pet urine than I thought would be present, if you have pets I highly recommend the pet urine treatment.

They are two very amazing people, and Christians, I welcome into my home often. Both Joe and Gloria are hard workers. Joe finds something out of place or dirty he takes care of it right now! Gloria has so much great advice in the Kitchen, and if your lucky... ya may even get a recipe! they do an amazing job and I recommend their work very much to anyone single as I am, married, or elderly. Whatever ya need, I am sure they can clean it, and it will surely sparkle!
