Scott, the representative and service technician for Heavens Best, is exceptional. He is always on time, knowledgeable, and professional! I’ve had four different carpet cleaners clean my carpets in the last four years, and Scott is the best! He takes pride in his profession. I recommend Scott from Heavens Best!

They were able to get TAPE out of my mom's carpet! She had rugs secured very well all over and I thought the carpet would need to be replaced for sure! No leftover color or sticky. Very impressed!

Heaven’s best was so easy to work with! From the scheduling agent to the professional who cleaned the carpets (thank you, Scott! You rock!) it was a VERY easy process! They did a quote quick, we had a lot of animal based stains, and the carpets look fantastic! Great company and even nicer people!

Scott was so nice and did an amazing job. I should have take before pictures to show a comparison, but we had a couple stains and he high traffic areas were soiled. Scott was there for a little over an hour and they look almost new for 10 year old carpet! Super happy with the service!

The technician, Jakob, did a great job of cleaning our carpets. He was careful, kind and courteous. The carpets were dry within the hour so that our furniture could be moved back to its place.
