Probably the best job, I've ever had. I was at one of my lowest points, starting over in life and they gave me a shot... helping me through the years, teaching me everything they know about cleaning and helping with my journey for personal growth. I started out taking the bus every morning, and now I own 2 vehicles and I want to help others do the same. Cleanest by Farr is more than just a company... It's a family who truly cares about its employees, customers and clients.

Their staff are incredibly inconsistent. Feedback is received by the owner, but areas of concern aren't corrected. Checklists for cleaning staff do not match the contracts that are signed with the business. Leadership will trust the opinions of the staff, but will not come out to address the issues themselves. There is a lot of deflection when met with concerns, even though the job of the organization is to provide sanitization.

I needed some repainting done in my current home, Ted came out and gave an extremely fair estimate. The painting crew came out and did a phenomenal job! They are so pleasant to do business with. I will most definitely use them again in the future

We get our carpets cleaned annually. They do a great job every year. This year we got our carpets and oven cleaned. They did amazing!

I have used CBF on a professional level for a number years and have had nothing but positive experiences. As with any service industry issues do arise but Regine, Keech and the rest of her team have always been super responsive, addressed those minor issues with speed and have never disappointed. I recently hired them to clean my carpets at home and was amazed at how great the carpets looked when they were done. I have used other companies in the past and the results from Keech and his team were far beyond past cleaning from other companies in town. I cannot speak highly enough on the level of service, accountability, quality of work, and professionalism displayed by all employees that work for Regine.

From my wife: I hired this company for a full move-out clean to help ensure I could recover my deposit. What I got was a deeply disappointing experience—and one that left me feeling genuinely violated.

While I do appreciate the areas that were cleaned (appliances, showers, laundry area, and some bathroom work), large portions of the home were completely missed, including floors, baseboards, walls, and vents—which are basic expectations in a move-out clean. Because of this, I am now having to pay again out of my deposit to get those areas professionally re-cleaned. So what exactly did I pay this company for?

But what disturbed me most was the fact that this company took photos of multiple areas they did not even clean, and then sent those photos to me as if to shame or judge the condition of my home. This was not part of the agreement, and it felt like a total invasion of my privacy. Taking “before and after” photos of cleaned areas is standard—documenting uncleaned, private spaces and using those to justify a full-price invoice is not.

To make matters worse, the owner brought up a personal encounter my husband had with the cleaning team, which was irrelevant and inappropriate to include in a business email. I found that to be unprofessional and frankly crossing a boundary that should never have been touched in a service exchange.

I attempted to negotiate a fair payment for the portion of the job that was actually completed, but was met with excuses and dismissiveness.

Bottom line: I do not recommend this company. They may have decades of experience, but their handling of this job showed a complete lack of professionalism, boundaries, and empathy. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional toll—look elsewhere.

Regina Farr and her employees are terrific. They do a great job. They are resourceful and very kind. When my Sister became ill. They went into her duplex and cleaned it beautifully. And when she could no longer live in her house, they did everything possible to help me empty her duplex. I’m so grateful to everyone who worked with me.

We love Cleanest by Farr! They do a consistent job and are always considerate of our staff! They are fast to respond when we need them and overall offer a great service that we would highly recommend.
