Jim, truly cares for his clients and really understands what needs to be done to remove odors. I was worried about the smoke smell coming out of our home that had been in a fire after he was done it was night and day difference. I would highly recommend him!

My wife and I had a tenant living in our old house with cats and when she moved out we had the house professionally cleaned and replaced the carpet but the cat smell was still there. Jim went in and was able to pinpoint where the odor was coming from and treated that part of the house with his Biosweep system and it worked great! We bought a house that had a horrible cat urine and smoke odor. We got it professionally cleaned, we cleaned it ourselves and used every cleaning product we could think of but nothing worked. I saw biosweeps van driving around and did some research on them to make sure they could get the job done. Called Jim that day and talked to him about our situation and he promptly sent one of his guys out to look at it. Because of how bad it was, Jim also came out and he was confident he could fix it for us. They did all their prep work and it took them 2 days for the whole process and we were AMAZED! We walked in the house and couldn’t smell a hint of cat urine. We couldn’t believe it. They did an awesome job. About 3 weeks later it started warming up and getting humid and I thought smelled it coming back in the basement so I called Jim, and he was generous enough to come back out the next day and check for himself and fix it for us again! This company is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this company for any odor problems because they’ll get it taken care of for you and if they don’t the first time, they’ll come back to make sure they do for good!
