Absolutely wonderful sevice the young gentleman that was here was very professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job my carpet looks wonderful and smells wonderful. Plus they came with only a days notice as I was having company and needed my carpet clean. Excellent friendly service !!!!!! Will call them again!

The young men who did our carpets were prompt and polite. They gave us a VERY clear picture of the scope and cost of their work. They were done in a timely manner and gave us very helpful recommendations for care of our carpets. We plan on having them back next fall.

When I asked my boyfriend to arrange for carpet cleaning of home we recently purchased, I thought he called Stanley Steamer...honestly I was a bit perturbed at him when Nebraska's Best arrived (I hadn't heard of them). I was wrong to be perturbed! Kyle from NBCC did a MARVELOUS job both explaining the 3 tiered process as well as getting the job done beautifully (AND very inexpensively, I might add!) Matt, the owner, also came by to make certain all was well.
THIS IS THE ONLY CARPET CLEANING SERVICE IN LINCOLN I'LL EVER USE AGAIN!
I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, timely response and scheduled appointment within 2 days of initial call. Service tech arrived at scheduled time to pick up and deliver my area rugs and was very professional and courteous. My rugs look and feel like new again! I have already recommended this business to friends.

Amazing crew! House sold and as we moved out realized no time to clean the carpet. Called them an in an hour they were over. Did such a great job had them clean the new house. Rates were GREAT. Plan n seeing them 2x a year. WONDERFUL.

These guys were great to work with! I was able to schedule them to come in and clean after we closed on our new house. Kyle stayed later than you'd hope to on a Friday, but he was quick, thorough, and did an excellent job. I will be using them again!

Matt with NBCC was great. Explained everything in great detail before he did anything and was honest about everything. Pricing is more than fair as well. This is the 2nd time we've used him and the prices did not change from the 1st time we used him 5 years ago. Definitely recommend!

This was our first time using NBCC. Over the years we’ve used several different companies but I am so happy with Kyle and the job he did. I’m done with my search for a carpet cleaning company that delivers a top quality job. I’ve finally found the one. My wife was delighted with the job that Kyle did too.

Our technician Kyle was the absolute best. Very polite and was a great conversationalist which was rivaled only by his great work ethic. While having a good time talking with him he finished the job of cleaning our large living room in an hour. Great job and good people.

Kyle did a fabulous job! We had two levels of carpet cleaning and an area rug in the basement which was a last minute add. He rolled it and carried it out to driveway to clean and carried it back downstairs and unrolled to dry! It looked amazing and almost completely removed a year old coffee stain! Kyle is awesome, he went above and beyond in my opinion and definitely deserves a raise!

After receiving one of those cards in the mail with a discount for carpet cleaning I called NBCC for an estimate. The price Matt quoted was HALF of what I had been paying for fewer rooms. So, I gave them a try. Matt is VERY knowledgeable about carpet and I learned so much from him. He and Kyle cleaned both levels of my 2500 ft home in about 2 hours. They moved the easy stuff like couches and chairs and placed foil under the feet when done. They showed me what makes them different from others and how much dirt they were extracting. When they left, the house was odor free, not at all like the terrible chemical smell from other carpet cleaning companies. Lower pile carpet dried in a day and the really dense stuff took about 3 days to completely dry. The carpet looks great and smells and feels clean. I always hated to have my carpets cleaned because of the cost and smell. Not anymore! I've got it on my calendar to do it again a year from now. Don't be afraid to call these guys. You'll pay so much less and be amazed at the results!

If you haven't already tried NBCC, make it your first choice next time you clean your carpets. Kyle arrived on time and with a great personality. Just look at those carpets!
