I had Chem Dry clean 2 area rugs for me. From asking if they could be saved to the return of the fresh rugs, things couldn’t have gone better. The owner came to pick them up and took his time examining the materials and the stains on them. So knowledgeable! The rugs were delivered back to me… Both rugs came out both looking and smelling great! Now that’s service!

Very pleased with how GREAT my tile looks and the accidental dog potty smell is GONE!! no amount of cleaner I tried worked. It would seem better, then return hours later. These guess were professional, speedy and great to work with. This is my second tile cleaning & I WILL us them again & recommend them to ALL.

Super quick and easy process working with chem dry. I called in the morning and they were in and out the same day by 1:00. Great quality job as well. We had a great experience! Took away the pet stains and odors in our downstairs carpet and did so well we had them come back a few months later for our upstairs! I honestly thought the pet odor was a lost cause until they came. Will definitely continue to use Chem-Dry and 10/10 recommend!
