Wow.. what can I say about Ela, Amanda and Cory? Best team every. Outstanding customer service and high quality work.. they've cleaned my carpets as well as help me remove them to go back to hardwood floors. They also cleaned a chair for me. I can't recommend them enough!

We recently bought a house and on September 23rd I had my carpets cleaned. Tristin with pure care showed up on time and was very professional and explained the whole process to me and also let me know that the cleaner they use is pet safe which is a plus for my household since we have a bird. I am completely impressed with PureCare dry carpet cleaning. I’ve always used the “wet” process and decided to give PureCare a try on our home purchased last year. PureCare moved any furniture needed to clean and put it all back in place! There weren’t any styrofoam blocks needed to prop up furniture like those used with the wet carpet cleaners. We had just done a remodel on our house and called PureCare Carpet to come do all of our carpets and they were extremely responsive, worked around our schedule to come out, and were very professional. We LOVE the dry-cleaning concept as we didn't have to wait for a day to move furniture back or worry about the wet carpet ruining anything. It's been a few weeks, but I keep walking around the office and love the feeling of how clean everything is. At first I thought it was the entire office, but no. My desk is just as cluttered as it always has been. It's the carpet!!!

PureCare did such a wonderful job for the offices at Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln. They were extremely pleasant to work with from start to finish. The team was courteous, accommodating and just really nice. And the carpets dried extremely fast. We weren't disrupted at all.
