Called Comforttechs from a friend's recommendation, Bryan came after hours due to AC no longer cooling and worked until AC was cooling until late and in the dark on one of the hottest days this year. Jory came back the next day to check on everything as it was dark the night before. I would highly recommend them as they were professional, fair and had reasonable rates.

I have used Comforttechs for many years, and I've always been impressed by the quality of their work, their responsiveness, the professionalism of their office staff and techs, and their trustworthiness. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They were the 3rd bid I had gotten for a new furnace in an old house with lots of issues. They helped problem solve and came in with a plan that was 10,000 dollars cheaper than everyone else. I was worried that the final product would be less and it isn't. We are saving money every month on our gas bill and they were incredibly nice and professional. Don't do a new furnace without having them come in and do a bid!

Could not recommend this company enough! Anyone with issues regarding a geothermal unit or replacement/repair of heat pumps look no further. The knowledge,professionalism and sense of urgency of the customers needs not only are met by this company but exceeded. Would highly recommend Kalin (service tech) very knowledgeable and always willing to help out anyway he can!

These guys are the real deal. They installed my Geo Thermal unit in my new home 3 years ago. Works flawlessly, May's electric bill was 95 dollars. This is with a 25 charge county charge. Super efficient and keeps my 2,300 sq. feet ranch so comfortable. Highest bill just broke 200.00 Awesome Top of the line service and easy to work with.

These guys at Comfort Techs are amazing. I have had them out twice, once for my furnace and another for my ac unit. Both times the techs have not only fixed the problem, but they have showed me tips and tricks to save me money. I will only use these guys for my heating and ac needs.

Hands down great service, they did not give up on my furnace and tell me I needed a new one like another local company did. I will not name that company as they do not deserve the credit of even being mentioned. Comforttechs found the problem to my furnace called saying what was going on, had to order the part and would be in the next day. That next day they called right away saying the part was in and would be out to install it. These guys went above and beyond to fix, inspect and take care of my furnace! Much thank you!

They came to my house last week and fixed the issues promptly. However, due to the extreme heat my AC quit working properly again. They promptly sent someone out, didn't charge for service fees since they were just here, and fixed the problem. I was only charged for the part and it was a VERY affordable price. Very thankful for their services during excessive heat!

My AC went out in July in 90+ degree weather. After getting 2 bids from other companies that did not impress me, my third bid was a no show. A friend recommended Comforttechs. I called them and they were out within 2 hours to give me a bid. 2 hours later I had 3 bids and detailed explanations of all the equipment . Today they installed my new furnace and AC units. They arrived promptly at 0800 and were finished at 1430. In a 100 year old house with ancient furnace and AC, I expected all sorts of problems, but they handled it with ease and I am grateful!

Called to have someone look at a broken gas fireplace and to service our AC and furnace. Had a tech at our house within an hour of making the phone call. While working on the fireplace the tech accidentally broke one of the little decorative ceramic logs that sits in the fireplace - he came and showed me right away and was very apologetic, and did not charge us for the service fee on the fireplace. And after cleaning/servicing the HVAC he cleaned up the closet the equipment was in to a level much better than it was before he came.

I called them in a dire situation needed for my twin daughter’s residence and he was very responsive and awesome! He came quickly and did the much needed repairs and got my twin daughter furnace up and running for them. It’s been extremely cold and they were using electric heaters. I am one very grateful and very appreciative mother to Comfort Techs for being there for us! I couldn’t ask for a more professional and caring company. Thank you, thank you, I am forever appreciative for your services.

Cold winter & very busy for them, but Comfort Techs helped our issue AND our understanding of our home HVAC’s setup & equipment. After visit, they followed up next day to make sure system was working ok (it was). Very much appreciate their expertise, quick response and customer care, along with a solution that was affordable. ComfortTechs installed a new Am Standard furnace and a/c 3 years ago. Today came home from work on a cold December day. Furnace not running, temp 61 degrees in house. Was after hours but I called and received a call back in just a few minutes. Very nice man named Zach helped diagnose the problem over the phone. He then stayed on the line for a good half hour while I cleaned a part he directed me to. Fixed the problem right away, saving me a service call. Zach was very pleasant and helpful. I have been utilizing ComfortTechs services for over 13 years. They have installed a/c units in two different homes and also a furnace and humidifier. They have performed the emergency maintenance for me when needed. Each person I have had the pleasure of working with has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

The team at Comfort Techs is AMAZING! We had issues arise with our furnace and so our a/c stopped working. Another company in town told us we would be spending a minimum of $2,000 to just fix it and they really thought a whole new system would be more appropriate. After having Comfort Techs come look at problem, the issue was resolved for a small fraction of the cost the other company had quoted us. We are SO thankful for the honest, hardworking, and trustworthy people at Comfort Techs! From now on they will be our first and only call if an issue arises! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I've used this company 2 times. Once for my father, once for myself. Every time they were respectful, kind, and honest. Never tried to charge me for more than what I absolutely needed. Accomodations made to my issues specifically. They even helped me find an electrician when things were going wrong in the house. I worked with 2 Zach's one repairman, one installation man & was very impressed with both. I recommend their services to all friends and family.

We received bids from several different companies. After reviewing my bid with John from comfort techs I knew instantly we made the right decision. From install to completion the process couldn’t have been better. Two installers put a new furnace in not leaving a ounce of dust debris or anything on my floor or in the utility room. The installers were so knowledgeable and polite that they could’ve been sales reps it was truly unbelievable. The greatest thing John from comfort techs was almost half of the price of next lowest company. Hats off to comfort techs and their knowledgeable staff!!!

They are easy to work with. They will work with your schedule. I had my ac and furnace both replaced. They had everything installed in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I got a tutorial on how to operate the equipment by one of their professionals. They tested the equipment and made sure everything was operational. I highly recommend their service. They are very reasonable.

Comfortechs is a great local company. We had them out to service our aging heat pump that ultimately needed to be replaced. We never felt pressured from anyone on next steps and all options were clearly outlined. They had us up and running with a new unit extremely quickly. The install team was extremely communicative about what they were doing and the install shows great workmanship. We've been extremely pleased with everything after install as well. Highly recommend Comfortechs for all HVAC needs!

Called at 0800 my A/C was not working on to be a 90 degree weekend. I live 40 miles from them. By 0930 a guy was at my house fixed my air conditioning. Amazing service!!
