Tim removed nearly 2 gallons of dust and debris from my air system and sanitized it. He was very thorough and I strongly recommend him!

Tim did a great job! He was on time, friendly and thorough. He explained the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is honest. And he was super good with my two big dogs. I always appreciate a contractor that allows the dogs to be/stay inside during the procedure. The cleaning and sanitizing went great. I will definitely be hiring him again.

Excellent service! He sent pictures and videos of his work as he was cleaning our vents. Ours were super dirty, previous owners never had them cleaned. They had pets and chain smoked. He even discovered a chicken nugget and a hypodermic needle cover, and a pencil! His sanitizer he used worked well, and finally we feel like we can breathe good air in our home. I highly recommend him!

Tim was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was so quick to get us scheduled, great to work with, and so friendly & professional. We were having problems with our furnace keeping up, but once he cleaned it, our furnace has been working excellent! He not only helped get rid of all the dirt dust and crud, but saved my pocket some money. His prices are amazing too! He was half of the cost of the other companies I had reached out to. I have already referred him to all of my family and friends!!

Just had my house cleaned by Tim and I have to say its night and day the difference! He was on time, efficient, and very friendly! He gave me before and after pictures of all steps while maintain as clean a process as possible! My house had a smoker live in it previously for years and the smell is completely gone! Highly recommend his services if you are in need or want to improve the quality of your house!

I purchased a home and remodeled it top to bottom. When I purchased it there wasn’t a hint of any sort of smell and about 9 months after the remodel a smoke smell starting coming through (what we later learned) the ducts. Various cleanings and seconds from throwing it on the market I decided to try giving the ducts a cleaning.

Getting onto the schedule was easy and prompt; I was notified throughout the cleaning process and my questions were answered kindly and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough fantastic things! All smells are gone and we can get back to having a gorgeous remodeled home that doesn’t smell! Highly recommend you book them!

My boyfriend and I are preparing one of our houses to be rented. Tim came and cleaned out our ducts and did an amazing job! We were so impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and knowledge on this specialty. He is very passionate about his work and we are so happy with how great the place feels!

Tim arrived early to unload equipment so he could start right on time. We have a long-haired German Shepherd and a Doberman, so I was concerned if they would even cooperate. But due to having dogs and living in a gravel road surrounded by fields, we really needed the ducts cleaned. Tim took the time to let the dogs get comfortable with him and even with his equipment before he started. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and how it worked to me. Then he went vent by vent through the house. He checked out the furnace and changed the filter before he finished. While he was cleaning the vents and the returns, he sent videos and pictures to show the progress. I waited a few weeks to write a review because I wanted to see if I could tell a difference in the dust levels and air flow. Even my husband who questioned whether we really needed to have the ducts cleaned could tell the difference. There was a lot of dust right afterward because of stirring things up during the cleaning., so I waited until the next morning to dust. I live on a gravel road with fields around the house and haven't dusted in three weeks. Three! I was dusting daily before the cleaning. I started running the humidifier and that has started to leave white dust, so now it is time to dust again. The air flow when the furnace is running is better and quieter. It's surprising how having the ducts cleaned is saving me time and money. And my house is cleaner even with two dogs! I'm thankful I found a duct cleaner that is okay with my dogs too. It's nice having a business that can accommodate me in my home rather than needing to accommodate the business.

Tim did a very thorough cleaning of our home. He was great to have out, talk to, and did a great job!

Duct decontaminators was amazing! At a fraction of the cost of the big companies, I had everything sanitized and cleaned by hand. The work was very thorough and well-done (not just vacuuming out from one section). Responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. My allergies are already so much better!

Tim and Brad were great! They came on time, did excellent work at a good price. My house had lingering dog smells from the previous owner and it’s already smelling so much better! They also fixed up a vent for me. Definitely recommend!

Very easy to work with and walked me through the process. Tim also sent a few videos of the vents being cleaned which helped show how much dust and junk was really in there. He worked well with our dog and cats. Will call again when we need this work done in the future.

Duct decontaminators did an amazing job! They showed up on time & was very informative, thorough, & friendly. My house smells cleaner, my air works better, & we didn’t wake up feeling sick finally. They really took the time to ensure everything was done properly for a very reasonable price. I was very impressed and would recommend them over & over again.

When we turned our furnace on I started getting a cough, I knew it was from the furnace. We have 2 Saints in the house, even though we have them shaved, there's still hair and the usual stuff from having pets. I've known Tim for years, so I trust him and knew he would do a good job, besides cleaning the air ducts, he also sanitized. My cough has subsided. I would recommend Tim.

I could not be happier with the work Tim did in cleaning out my air ducts! My home is over 100 years old; previous owners had pets and there was evidence of heavy smoking. Painting the walls and trying to mask the scent with many different store bought products wasn’t doing it. He takes so much pride in the work he does and was enjoyable to talk with as he explained everything he was doing. Very reasonably priced and so worth the peace of mind in breathing clean air.
