I happen to know the owners and family. They are the most caring and accommodating bunch of great people! You have a problem...they will help you however they can! They really love what they do and it shows! I would highly recommend them due to the fact that they care about their customers and will help anyone however they can!

Could not be happier with these guys. Stick with me here. First Rick (manager/owner) came out to talk and assess. He listened, then leveraged his knowledge and experience. He knew who he would send (Alex) then discussed it with Alex. Alex arrived on time and was perfect. Even though he is young, he listened to both me and Rick, then did excellent work. He measured carefully, made it look nice, thought about what I’d need going forward, was pleasant and professional, and cleaned up after himself. Both guys gave me what i wanted, while filling in their experience where i clearly did not know what was best. To top it all off, the bill was very (more than) reasonable. Both guys exceeded my (pretty high) standards. Again, i could not be happier. 10 outta 10, absolutely will recommend. And ladies, you will likely be comfortable with both these guys. Only safe, respectful vibes. I notice and comment on the ‘safety’ aspect where i can because it is so under represented but absolutely critical. Love these guys!!

We have had a service contract with Harley’s for 18 years and they continue to take excellent care of us. They are always responsive and address problems quickly. They also suggest changes that would keep our geothermal system running well for years to come. Brian has done most of our service work over the years and he is the best.

First I’d like to mention whoever called me initially to change my appointment but then figured out how to send someone out last minute is an absolute god send and so appreciated. If I could give Randy 10 stars I would. He was very pleasant and professional! He didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing something. He explained what he was doing and helped me sign up for their routine visits to prevent the issue from happening again! I can’t thank this team enough! They will be highly recommended by me to everyone I know!

Since the visit, the indoor thermostat always reads the same outdoor temperature. I could that be related to the repair work that was done?

Excellent service! Originally scheduled a day out, called us due to cancellation and service fella arrived shortly, discovered the problem, wasn’t sure if part was in his truck …. But it was and this able to fix the issue !! Well done Harley’s!! A+

I didnt know when I scheduled my appointment for reinstalling my kitchen sink and faucets and such that there wouldnt be any parking anywhere close to my condo due to ALLO installations. Matt had to lug his tools around stairs and what not on a hot day. He also installed a new garbage disposal and checked it, the dishwasher and the reinstallation if the faucets for leaks before leaving. My 81 yo mom was impressed and said he answered all her questions.

Awesome guys to work with! Great communication, fairly priced, and extremely honest. 10/10. These guys truly go above and beyond the minimum. I am so very happy. They even cleaned up the place better than when they came and did work! They're officially my go-to hvac company! Thank you so much again, my husband and I are so beyond happy!

We have been working with Harley’s since the 1980’s - this is our 3rd house in which they have provided our heating, cooling and indoor air quality needs. Their customer service is excellent. Rick and his staff are always open to exploring options and meeting our needs on very short notice. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Randy is always a friendly and pleasant Harley's technician, and is knowledgeable and proficient in his work.
As far as my "not sure" answer as to the price I paid, if it goes up again next year, I may have to shop around.

Alex and Elijah did an excellent job of replacing our HVAC system. They did a professional job, answered all my questions and were very enjoyable to work with. They worked overtime to make sure we had a working system before they left. I would highly recommend Harley's.

I Recently had a Harley‘s technician named Joe out for an estimate on a furnace and AC replacement. He was On time and very clear explaining the options that I had in front of me regarding different units to consider. I have had a long relationship with Harley‘s heating and air and would totally recommend them to anyone!
