Called for a tech to come out because our thermostat was not getting power from our AC & Brian told me what he thought it was & how to check it myself & he was right! I even called him back with a followup question & he was so nice & never charged me for his time.

They do a fabulous job with our geothermal system. Darren is knowledgeable, professional, and timely. So happy a friend recommended them a few years ago.

Brian and his crew did a great job installing a furnace for us. I would not hesitate to use them when we need HVAC installation or service again.

They are very reasonable- 75$ service call- arrived on time- very friendly- easily found the problem- cheap re-lay switch. Fixed and gone in less than a half an hour. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Finally an honest repair man!

AC stopped cooling on a Friday in August. Was expecting a warm weekend with windows open. Called Brian and they were out here Saturday morning 8am. Diagnosed and fixed by 9:00. And didn't charge extra for weekend/afterhours.

Brian Hester Heating & Air is the best A/C and furnace repair and installation service in Lincoln, at a fair price. Prompt, professional, and completely first class work. I especially recommend Riley, whose work on our central A/C system went above and beyond the call of duty, checking out everything to make sure it all worked. Highest possible recommendation.

We have relied on Brian for our HVAC repair since we purchased our home in 2016 - which came with an existing AC problem. Brian Hester Heating and Air gives personalized, efficient service. They have always worked hard to get to the bottom of a problem. Their technicians know me, they make sure I have what I need and never do they try to sell me something I don’t need! I would never consider going anywhere else for heating and AC service!

My air conditioning quit working, it was after hours on a Friday night but I called anyway and was given an emergency number. I called that and it was answered by the owner of the company. He apologized that with the high heat that their calls for service was way high however he assured me that they would get to it as soon as possible and that happened. The technician that came out was friendly and professional. He repaired it and had us back up and cool in a short period of time. Thanks to Brian Hester and his staff for their support and dedication to the Lincoln community and for continuing to be a localy owned company!!

Brian Hester and his crew have always been there for us when needed. Replaced a compressor, ran duct work in the attic, serviced furnace and AC for many years.

Brian Hester is the best! Our old central AC died in the middle of the night. Brian and his crew installed a new one very quickly and it works just great. We have nothing but the best things to say about this small business. They are great! They really go above and beyond and even in incredible summer heat! They put in our furnace a few years ago too. It works very well. You can’t do better. Five stars plus!!

What can you say about a furnace and AC? It works the guys did a great job.

quality is not good anymore.They wont warranty and stand behind a 7 year old evap coil even though it says it has a 10 year warranty. Will be using a different company with a different manufacture for parts.Do not buy Lennox P.S. Ive been an electrical contractor for 10 years and in the trades for over 20 years I know products and warrantys.You will be sorry down the road...with Lennox.

I would highly not recommend Brian Hester heating and air. I went with them because they were affordable and putting in a new air conditioning unit and a mini splitter in my attic for me for years into it the mini split or stops working. I contacted their office a few times over a three-week period without any luck or any return phone calls after leaving messages. Finally I get a hold of somebody and I set up a time however no service man shows up so I contact their office was told I would get a call back right away 20 minutes after I called I get a callback from the technician saying oh hey I called the number that I had written down and they said they didn’t need any servicing so I went ahead and canceled your appointment. Now I have to look for someone else that can service my units I am not pleased about this I would highly not recommend this place.
