We moved from out of state, we were recommended to use Luxury by our real estate agents. We had Blake do two inspections for us. He was incredibly thorough and even shared recommendations for contractors to fix the plethora of issues he discovered. He also was very kind and made us feel like was on our team and looking out for our family. Honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Blake and the team. They've picked up a loyal customer in our family for the way they treated us.

Micah was great to work with, he got our AC back up and running and did a fantastic job. He has excellent attention to detail and also replaced some duct work in our basement to bring us up to code. He was very knowledgeable and just a great person!

After not being able to get a response from local contractors Nelson got to me the next day. I reached out for a new system estimate. By the end of the next week I had my new system installed after recieving 3 options to choose from. Nelson walked me through how it would be installed and that is exactly how it went with great customer service from the install team. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Luxury always takes care of us quickly whether its an urgent issue or a planned repair! All of their technicians are professional and kind!

I highly recommend this company for radon mitigation. The initial estimate was done by the company owner, Cesar. The scheduling was done by the office manager, John, and the actually installation was done by Trevor. Each of these men was professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Please give them a call if your radon test is above 4. They will do what needs to be done to create a safe home environment for you. You may rest assured.

Luis inspected our furnace and humidifier. He patiently explained how to change the humidifier pad. The invoice included before and after pictures of what he checked and adjusted. He was professional and personable.

Derrick repaired a few leaks that the seller was supposed to fix, unfortunately they did not. When we found out the seller did not repair a few items. We called Luxury and they came out the next day to fix leaks and they did a thorough inspection on the furnace. Louise did a complete overhaul, and for an old system, he did magic and it works so well, thanks guys, Burton.

Luxury Comfort Solutions, is great to work with, knowledgeable employees. One of the smoothest transaction and I felt comfortable working with them. Will be using this company in future. This review is for both Plumbing, and HVAC.

Micah was awesome. He explained everything to me showed me how to work things that I had no clue since this was a different set up. Then when I was used to, I was very pleased.

I would highly recommend this company. You would be hard-pressed to find people who are more qualified and more caring. I have not met everyone who works there but the three people that I have met were outstanding in every way. The first person that we met was Tyler who inspected our house before we purchased it. He was so careful, organized, and thorough. When he explained his findings to us, he paused whenever we had a question and answered it clearly. He was professional, skilled, and respectful.
The second person I met was Hayden who cleaned our furnace and replaced a few old parts. He seemed a little less sure of himself, but he was kind and caring. The third person I met was Blake who came to check on why the water wouldn't work after the furnace repair.
It was user error, and yet Blake did not make me feel dumb for my mistake. He even graciously helped move out two old appliances into our garage so that they could be discarded. This was not something that he needed to do. He did not charge for checking on the water even though it was user error. And he went way above and beyond in his helpfulness. I would highly recommend this company and their excellent, professional work! It contrasts starkly with some of the other people who have done work at the home who either didn't have the skills or who didn't care enough to do the work right. I feel confident that you would never experience that with this company.

The technician Micah was awesome. I had many technical questions for him and he answered and explained without being annoyed with me at all. Unlike my wife.

Very accommodating, came out the same day. Spent a lot of time narrowing down the problem. Getting us a temporary fix while we wait for parts. Hayden was very helpful and polite. Not even scared of our big dogs.

Blake is kind, clear and straightforward. Highly recommend. Also, Luxury has a great online tool for understanding your home inspection.

On time, quick and professional. Didn't try and sell me a whole new unit. Just made the proper repair as needed and billed me appropriately. Excellent service.

We had a bathroom sink disconnected and a new sink installed following a vanity top replacement. This was arranged through Home Depot. Derek showed up both days on time. He was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Blake and Tyler with Luxury ALWAYS do an amazing job. We use their services for full home inspections, radon testing and install, termite, and so much more. They are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and go over and beyond for their customers. Couldn’t refer them more!!! They rock!!!!!!

Hayden was there on time and very courteous! He explained the annual option plans and was great to work with!! I signed up for the plan and look forward to having him back in the spring for the a/c check up. Highly recommend this company!

Micah from Luxury Comfort Solutions serviced a geo-thermal heating/AC unit yesterday in a new condo I just purchased in downtown Lincoln. He was on time, very pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure my very old unit was running smoothly.
