I recently found a picture of our yard from last summer and I was shocked at how much of a difference there was compared to now. We could not be happier with the results we have seen thanks to Summit Lawn! Photos added show a difference from last summer to now.

Two of my neighbors use Summit Lawns. While Summit was at each of their houses they were blowing leaves from my neighbors yard into my yard. The first time it happened I went and talked to the worker and asked him not to blow them into my yard. Especially since he was blowing them into my kids’ mulched play area. The second time it happened I called Summit and talked to the receptionist who was very kind and said that they would come back into my yard and clean up their mess. Unfortunately they never came back to clean up. I feel like I’ve done my part in trying to solve this and it really is sad that they are not listening and continuing to run a business like this.

This time Ike, did our last of year treatment, and said overall looks well, but said, he recommends a Power rake on the lawn, which Summit advised against doing that when i asked in the beginning, because it's hard on the grass?
Previously having the lawn aerated, the lawn seems to have kept the yellow color throughout the 3 years of services.
The weeds have been very minimal, with me going back and using Roundup to kill the ones that they missed, I'm debating, this is the last year for a company to maintain my yard, and I go back to doing it myself, as when people walking by would say, your lawn looks so green and good!
I just don't understand how the neighbors houses look way greener than mine with Summit doing their service to our lawn?
I've followed the watering guidelines and mowing height, but people still ask, why is your lawn looking yellow?
Idk don't want to spend hundreds of dollars and still have the results i called about getting done in the beginning, and I'm not accepting, the soil in this area just is compacted clay, and needs aerated and fertilized or it has fungus that needs treated?
Somebody knows how to fix and contain it.
This is just my opinion on my experience of there service.

Summit Lawns is the best! They take amazing care of our campus. It always looks ready for our patients to see. His team has the knowledge to handle not only the mowing, but the fertilizing, trimming, weed control, all things lawn care. We also use his team for snow removal. Anytime we have a question or concern, they are quick to respond. I highly recommend Summit Lawns for all your lawn and snow removal needs.

Luke arrive this morning as scheduled. He introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and went right to work. He was unable to use the "new spreader" so he was able to get a few more steps in! 😊

My technician left a card in the door and did a great job fertilizing and also cleaned up the driveway and patios very nicely. My lawn looks stunning this year thanks to Summit Lawn

Summit Lawns arrived in a timely manner to install our Christmas lights. They look great! Can’t wait to turn them on.

Hired Summit to mow my lawn weekly last summer and despite leaving detailed notes they mowed over a plant in my yard. Hired them this summer one time while we were out of town and same story, right over the plant I implored them not to mow over. Teams do not review the notes so don't count on it. One-off mowing is extortionate in pricing, more than 5x the weekly mowing rate - I paid ~$65 weekly last year and over $300 for the one-off. Would not recommend.

Edit to add: Summit got in contact due to this review and offered to make it right so I will give them some credit here. I did have a frustrating experience and they acknowledged that the team needs to do better on paying attention to notes. The pricing issue ended up being some missing communication and understanding on both sides. I did get more than just mowing - there was edging and trimming and clean up as well. We left it agreeing that there could have been better communication about pricing and I asked for a partial refund and was granted one. Original review was one star, but I bumped to 3. I probably won't engage with them again but thank you Summit for listening.

Used them this summer for our lawn. We didn’t see any noticeable changes over the entire summer. We were really hoping they would give us ways to regrow our grass in dead spots.

If we are playing for a service to improve the quality of our lawn, it’s reasonable to assume they would take necessary action to change their approach if there are no improvements. We were patient the whole summer but nothing changed. We were the ones that had to bring up that nothing has improved. We called them to say we were unsatisfied with the service and a manager was going to come out. I wish we could talk in person but they came out and then had a separate person call us on behalf of them.

They gave us more instructions to change our watering times which is helpful, but why was this not addressed until we brought it up? We don’t feel valued as a customer which is unfortunate.

We are very happy with the work that Hugo and Tim did with both the front and back yard! You all do a wonderful job!

When one huge Ash tree in the front yard, and another Huge Ash tree in the backyard both drop all their leaves in one day, the result is soul crushing. In just a few hours, the guys from Summit cleaned up what would have taken me 'till Spring to do on my own. They didn't just do the leaves. They tackled the mowing, edging, and trimming as well. I can't rate them highly enough.

We love Summit Lawns! Every year, our yard looks better and better. Marie is our favorite! She does a great job and is careful around our baby trees. She even makes sure our gate is closed and the lock is back on so our 3 dogs don't get out. Thanks Summit Lawns!
