I found this company for my mother as she wanted to find & support a small local business instead of these large companies intown, even though she's disabled and has little money herself. She asked the company to please come to her door so she can show what needs to be done but also verbally stated she needed her lawn mowed, bushes trimmed, weeds removed, and the guys just showed up and were gone in 20 mins without any interaction with my mom. She cancelled her doctors appointment just to ensure she was home to communicate what she needed. Yes, her yard needs a good deal of work (as I mentioned she is disabled and cannot do it herself) but she specifically asked for these services. I live out of state and my mother sent me pics and the yard has diagonal lines, zero edging done (the fence is movable), and I don’t know how it was even mowed as there is long grass that's growing over the walkway in front and back yard. This is really poor and shameful to do to an elderly woman so now we will have to find another company to come out and pay someone again. The pics are only a fraction of the upsetting job done. I was very hopeful as they had good reviews & I have desperately needed someone that could regularly maintain my mothers yard.

Joshua and his team are amazing! If something is not done to your satisfaction, he is very quick to fix the problem with his team and his customer service skills are superb! He takes the time to get to know his clients and that makes a customer feel valued and supported in their decision-making for their lawn. He is very knowledgeable. I have learned a lot, and my lawn has never looked better! 😍

Service Specialists was easy to work with and the pricing is competitive. I chose this company to do a full repair on my sprinkler system which included new sprinkler heads and new valves. The system works flawlessly and most importantly, the crew cleaned everything up when they were completed. I will contact Service Specialists for future landscaping projects.

Poor communication, poor craftsmanship. Takes months to finish a job he said would be done in 1 month. DO NOT USE!

We had paid Mr. Integrity $8000 and had to pay $4000 to another company to repair what Mr. Integrity and his crew produced.

We had terrible drainage issues in our back yard causing our basement to leak and our sump pump to run constantly. Anthony provided us a solution and a reasonable quote. We needed some landscaping completed that the previous person just couldn’t finish up. I got a referral to Integrity Landscaping and gave them a call. They took my call, did a FaceTime view of the work to be completed and I got a bid very shortly thereafter. I accepted the bid, they did the work and it was fantastic!! No issues. At first, everything was going smoothly. Our project has gone on for over a year now. There are multiple issues that still have not been fixed, even though we have sent multiple communications, we get the runaround. We are too busy... we don't have the supplies (I checked at Menard's each time and the product used was there)... we are short handed... it's too hot. The patio has broken and has sunk. The wrong drains were installed. The driveway has cracked because the drain that goes underneath DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A FULL LENGTH OF TUBING so any material has washed out making the entire slab weak. The design of a portion was tweaked without permission and now my dog can jump over the fence if we don't bring her out in a lead. The entire project is subpar.

Did a great job on our deck. Tony suggested a couple of changes we hadn’t thought of and it turned out better than we had expected! Glad we chose this company for our project. Will use him in the future for our landscaping projects!
