Creative Landscaping completely transformed our home. Tyler was awesome to help create 3 phases of our project - starting small with rock and plants around the perimeter, then adding trees to our back fence line to create more privacy, and eventually adding a paver patio. Booking time with them was super easy, they were kind and respectful, and provided top notch service. I had a few plants that struggled and they caught it and replaced them before I could even reach out. Don't waste your time getting multiple bids, just hire Creative Landscaping.

I contacted Creative Landscape at the Home and Garden show. They came out that next week. It took a couple of weeks to get the design just right. About a month later their crew was here and worked hard everyday to get everything done.
During the whole process they were patient with me, answered all my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better stress free experience.

I had Creative Landscaping fix two falling retaining walls and take out five garden beds and replace them with grass for my dogs. The yard is now much easier to care for and the dogs love it! I don't have to worry about the dogs eating something that might poison them. Creative Landscaping was competitive in their pricing, professional, and did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them and will use them if I have another project in the future.

I think what I liked most about Creative Landscaping was how quickly and thoroughly they responded to questions. I appreciate their work on what, to me, looked a difficult project. I though the cost of my project entirely reasonable for the work that needed done.

Creative Landscaping quoted us a competitive price to remove an old railway tie retaining wall and install a new block wall. They’re work was quick and efficient. Even when we had a slight issue with an aesthetic problem, the team worked with us at no additional charge to achieve our desired goal. Would recommend and use again!

This is the second time and second house where we have used Creative Landscaping. The project recently completed was done early and in a timely manner. The entire crew that was working over a couple of days at my house was polite, helpful, professional, and accommodating. They were neat while they worked and cleaned up after themselves each day! They presented themselves in a professional and tidy manner as well as demonstrated care and pride in completing a job fully and professionally. I am having quite a bit of work done and have a lot of crews to compare them to, by and far they are absolutely the best. My project looks great and functions well. AND as a total bonus the "bubbler system" they installed means I don't have to move a sump pump "drainage pipe" when I mow. I am beyond pleased and commend the business for having associates that conduct themselves in a manner that should make the whole enterprise proud!

I’ve used a lot of big landscape companies when I lived in Colorado. Creative landscaping rates far and above. They took me through every step, drew up great plans and were very helpful in helping with decisions. They not only did an amazing job putting in two slab decks and doing all my backyard landscaping they also moved many many glass rocks and boulders I brought with me placing them in the landscaping to look great. They were all very nice and extremely courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again and definitely will for some future landscaping.

We love the work Creative Landscaping did transforming our backyard. This is a great team, and this company is easy to recommend. Superior communication and follow through; professional and personable from the beginning of the project to the end. The design totally reflects our tastes, refreshes our surroundings, and it all connects perfectly to our existing landscaping. We will really enjoy it. We'll spread the word about you, and we are eager to work with you all again.

We had a straightforward project: clean out a large rock area and replace with new weed liner & clean rock. I had a very pleasant interaction with Tyler at the beginning when he came out to talk through the project and give us the estimate, but once we paid the deposit and were handed off to the project manager it all went downhill. It got to a point where I was actually going to reach out to the owner to tell him what we had experienced so far - but when we looked for information on the website, we realized I was actually working with one of the owners. Eek.
I was told there was “miscommunications between the office staff and project crew” plenty of times and felt like we were being drawn into the drama. When I had to step in and walk them through the project (many times), I was met with excuses which included employees blaming other staff members. I found it quite unprofessional.
By the end it all, it looked alright on the surface! Then we looked closer and realized how many shortcuts were taken. Within a few weeks we are already dealing with weeds all around the edges and in spots where it looks like our old liner was re-used instead of installing new - even though we were supposed to get all new. :,)
I also had to contact them to remove a portion of the final invoice because they didn’t install any mulch on our existing plants, despite it being apart of the original estimate.
So, maybe simple projects just aren't their thing! But I still can't recommend you take the chance given how much we paid for what we received.
