Klug's made everything convenient and easy for us. Reasonable rates with quick and efficient service! I wasn't able to be home for their quote but they came in and emailed a quote within a day or so. Then, I wasn't able to be around for their services either... but they still showed up at the time they scheduled and did a great job. I always search out smaller non-commercialized local businesses for quality and reasonable pricing purposes. Klug's did amazing all the way around. We'll be coming back when we need tree services in the future.

They cleaned up very well and nothing was left behind in my neighbors yard or on their driveway/cars. 5 stars and more!

Jordan and his crew were phenomenal! They took care of 5 of my trees, cutting broken limbs, taking limbs away from our house, and thinned them out a bit. The entire process from an estimate, to them being at our house on time, took extra care of our yard and property, and cleaned up after themselves. All this at a very decent price. I could not be more happy with their work. I will be calling Klug's for all my tree needs in the future. Highly recommended!

Jordan came out and quoted us a LOT less than every other tree service I called, and I called over half a dozen of them. Not only were they extremely affordable, but they brought out a crane and really put on a show for the whole neighborhood. My neighbors across the street recorded quite a bit of it and just sat out there for a few hours, enjoying watching them work.

We've had other neighbors go with other tree services since and its taken them DAYS to do what Jordan and his crew did in less than 6 HOURS!! I actually ASKED them for a sign to put up in my yard so I could let the neighborhood know who was responsible for such efficient and fantastic work.

Sharon is a treat to speak to on the phone as well. She answers the phone even after working hours and is a joy to converse with.

My contact with this company was professional and timely from start to finish. The owner and operator, Jordan Klug came out to inspect 27 trees that I wanted cut down. Within a day or two, I had a very competitive bid from him. I felt good about what I saw in Jordan and read about his company. Jordan and his excellent team came out when ground conditions were favorable, and took down the trees, chipped and cleanup the areas. They had the right tools/equipment and the talent! Best tree service I have ever had on my acreage!

1/29/25 update: Now 3 years after this wonderful service, this company will not even respond to my text for scheduling. It seems their loyalty is with the next big job, not the customer. Ok, I get it but I am very disappointed with Jordan Klug.

-1 as communication was almost non existent (zero calls about coming out to assess or do the work) which led to a little haggard volunteer tree being left behind - not a big deal and mostly funny. I thought it was all one tree when I described it on the phone, so technically they did exactly as I asked, but surely we could’ve assumed I didn’t want this thing and added that into the quote lol. Good work though, cleaned up well wouldn’t know they were here aside from a freshly trimmed maple. Thanks!

Jordan and his crew are 100% Pros. They skillfully took down a massive 100 yr old maple from our backyard that had to be craned over the house. Finished in 1 day and cleaned up the mess very well.

My husband and I were on our driveway attempting to clear off the 3 foot tall, 4 foot wide frozen berm of snow that the plows had left on January 13, 2024. It was very slow going and I was struggling because I have Multiple Sclerosis. A Klug's Tree Service pickup, with a plow, drove by our house, slowly, and then backed up. They took care of ALL of the frozen snow at the end of our drive in about 2 minutes. I was so happy that I was crying frozen tears in the -30 wind chills. This company is truly a blessing and have kind, generous, amazing individuals that work with them. I will definitely be calling on them this spring for all my tree care needs. In October we had our tree removed from the front yard. Kind of a bitter sweet day but, the tree had to go, it was an Ash tree.

The professionalism we experienced was beyond what we expected. Working with Sharon at the office and Jordan on site.
Watching how each person with the job they had to do the communications (headsets) and hand signals. The crane operator was amazing to watch after Jordan sawed off sections of the tree like using a butter knife. They were flawless, we were just in awe. The tree grinder operator did a terrific job working the branches. For how large of a tree it was it took 1 hour 40 minutes to take down, that's incredible! We had requested a small section of the tree to be saved for our youngest son, he wants create a sculpture memory from the tree. Klug honored our request. We are grateful for that.

Klug Tree Service hit all the boxes. Returned my call right away and was by to give an estimate within 20 minutes on Thursday afternoon. Crane and crew were at the job site bright and early the next morning. I could tell as I watched this was a crew that has worked together for a while. They were constantly in motion with each team member complimenting the others coordinated movements. Couple hours later the tree was off the house, the rest of the tree was down and the worksite was spotless. I would highly recommend Jordan and crew for any type of removal. Jordan was the only one of four companies that responded to my call and gave me a bid. His crew did a great job removing an ailing 60' white pine that was threatening my house. His price was reasonable. His crew left the yard looking better than when they arrived. Total professionals with good modern equipment.

We had a tree split in a wind storm, but we didn't notice until almost 4PM the day after. Klug's came out to assess, which we expected a day or two for removal due to the late notice, but Jordan was kind enough to see that it needed to be taken out sooner rather than later. His crew stayed until almost 8PM to get the tree out! I'm impressed with Klug's for their service and willingness to help in an emergency situation. I love working with Stormy Tree Service. They are responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I asked for any extra mulch they might have for my garden and I have been so happy with what I have received.

I have about 5+ fruit trees of varying ages that Jake and his team have been instrumental in getting into producing shape. Which have all become easier to pick and grown better fruit every year.
