Waste Management reviews in Lincoln, Nebraska

I just used them again for the second or third time. Very easy to work with and they do a great job. I’ll definitely be using them again when I move.

Great job removing old fencing that had fallen down. Will use them again.

I needed some old couches thrown away to make space and the gentleman came fast and on time.

We're prompt and very professional went above on final clean up .thank you jp, jon and Amanda.

Quick response and booking! Fair pricing. Super kind folks and great communication.

Responded and was able to help same-day and fast. Would definitely use this service again.

The response to my request was immediate.
Reasonable rates. 5 stars to this company

John has been a reliable source for our company when we are in need of debris removal
Thank you for your reliability

They do not give invoices or recipients like an actual company they claim to be. They do not have communication after you pay them, not the best option.

I had a couch and two 2 recliners sitting by the curb (in very bad shape) they came by and picked it up in less than 15 minutes from when I called them. Plus I received a discount.

Jonathan helped me remove a (very) ancient fridge from my basement. I contacted him in the the evening and he was able to help the next morning. Highly professional service!

5 star hauling picked up my washer that I was no longer using. Called me back right away and had it picked up the same day. Nice to use someone from here in Lincoln . They are good people!

I called for a bid and was fortunate enough to get same day service. They were very pleasant and took care with moving pieces from the basement. I will use their service again when needed.

I got a new mattress two weeks ago and the lovely folks at 5 Star Hauling came to pick up my old mattress today. Their service was promt and efficient. I'd highly recommend them.

5 Star Hauling & Clean Up did a great job! I couldn’t be happier with their service. I had a pile of scrap drywall that needed to be hauled away, and dumped. Jonathan showed up promptly and loaded the truck with the old drywall and cleaned everything up! Excellent job, and highly recommend.

I found 5 Star Hauling and Clean Up on Yelp and after reading through the reviews and choosing a business I am so glad I chose 5 star. We needed an appliance hauled away and I called and immediately got a friendly and live person on the phone which is unheard of in this day and age. Within 2 hours John was at our house and quickly and efficiently picked up our old appliance and was on his way. I had been putting off getting it done dreading dealing with finding someone to do it. I will definitely be using 5 Star again for any future hauling or cleanup needs. I highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly service! Would have preferred to know, when I called and asked for a rough estimate, that their minimum charge was $85 and that they preferred cash. Not problematic, just would like to have been prepared.

Had my garage cleared out in just a few hours. The other place quoted 3 times the hours!!

Had half a roll off of junk cleared out! And they cleaned up after hauling it out!

Had a big basement cleanout—old appliances, a broken treadmill, several pieces of furniture
Came that same afternoon

Had an old washer and dryer set that needed to be picked up right away. Ryan was quick to show and price was fair.
