I would highly recommend this company! We like to get our furnace serviced once a year and each time we call they are very nice and accommodating. They are always able to come out within the week. I recommended them to my neighbor who was having problems with his furnace a few weeks ago and even though they were busy they were able to come out the following day and fix it. Every technician we have had has been very professional and clean up after they are finished working. We need more reputable companies like this.

We used Derby’s for the past 10 yrs generally without an issue. This season are system needed to be recharged. Derby’s had done this in the past. I called on Monday said they would be out on Wednesday morning and they would call to confirm. On Wednesday morning when I heard nothing I called Derby’s several times and could reach no one. I finally left a message cancelling and made arrangements with another company to come out that day. Later I received a call from Derby’s that they had been there, would not service the system and would send me a quote for a new system. Also requested an email to send the invoice to. Ultimately they agreed not to charge me after I complained.

I was able to have another Company service the system it and it works fine.
