We have used them 3 times and gotten 3 different employees. Each one was professional, friendly and went out of their way to provide great service.

I called this morning around 715am because my heat isn't working. My pilot is out and it's self starting. I can't get it lit. I called back at 915am because I hadn't heard from anyone. LISA told me that, "We don't help people who live in the trailer part." I said, "ohhh is this why I haven't got a call back yet?" SHE LAUGHED. And said yep!! I hung up. I own my home. It shouldn't matter where I live. I'm a single mom to 3 kids and need help getting heat back on. Very unprofessional. I'll never use them for service.

Woke up to find our heater had stopped blowing air in the middle of the night so called Bohl. They came out the same day. Unfortunately the part that needed replacing wasn't in stock at their shop, but they were able to get one in from Omaha the same day and got us back up and running in no time. Very professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future for any repair or servicing needs.

Randy arrived this afternoon to change out a bad gas valve on my furnace. Excellent work, completed the job in less than an hour, furnace works great. Impressive skills, very satisfied with his work. Would not hesitate to contact Bohl for any future HVAC work.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Furnace would not stay lit, temp outside was 6 headed to -7 and it was Saturday, New Years Day at 7pm when I called. 45 minutes later Bohls on call guy had us fixed. The bill I got was half of what I expected. That's good service.

We bought our house 3/23. In 7/23, our AC stopped working. We called a different HVAC company, who refilled the Freon and informed us the AC was placed 9/22 by Bohl and it is under warranty. So we called Bohl to fix and they said it is good at this time and let them know if it happens again. And charged us 128$ for that.
