Concrete Contractor reviews in Omaha, Nebraska

Aksarben Concrete did an amazing job on my family's driveway and back patio. There is no more rain going into our basement, and water is actually not piling up near our house anymore in the back. The driveway is amazing and we couldn't ask for anything better. They communicated well with my parents when they were going to start it or if they were behind, etc.

Signing off,

Excellent customer service, timely driveway installation, outstanding product, beautiful driveway. Demo was fast! Driveway complete in one day. Easy payment. Don’t forget to water your new concrete for 7 days. Worked with the owner, Ray Otter, and associate Jack Carlson throughout project. Very professional, nice, and responsive. Thank for beautiful driveway, I don’t want to drive on it now 😄

My driveway needed to be replaced and I wanted some of my sidewalks replaced. After getting first quote, had them out again to add second driveway and more sidewalks replaced. They worked with me for a price I could afford and set a date. They were there as promised and worked hard. Had all of my projects completed the same day. Driveway and sidewalks look great.

I would definitely recommend using Aksarben Concrete for your concrete needs. They replaced my driveway for me. They were great to work with. They arrived on time and completed the project on time and it turned out great. Excellent service! Give Raymond a call!

We have been SO happy with Aksarben Concrete! They really have gone above and beyond for us from the beginning to the end. It was very easy to communicate with them throughout the whole process. Our driveway looks amazing! We couldn’t be happier!

Aksarben Concrete re-did my drive way last year! They were wonderful, they gave a great service at an affordable price. The rain slowed down the process a bit, but as soon as the sun came out they were right there picking up where they left off. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I would give Aksarben Concrete a 10 if I could!! They did a excellent job of my entire driveway in one day and finished up the second day. They answer your calls fast, always showed up on time, and cleaned up super.
Their price was very reasonable, and guarantee the workmanship and anything they you may need.
I highly recommend Aksarben Concrete! Thanks Kirt Kliver and Ray Otter.

We used Aksarben concrete for our driveway and garage floor. Generally speaking the work looks fine. The garage floor already cracked after only couple months. However, the communication was and still is absolutely awful. No response, total ignorance, miscommunication. For the driveway, we had to chase to have a time frame of when the crew will come. Then the crew came the night before without telling us. Not even ringing the door bell. We were lucky enough that we were home and heard them because our car would have been stuck in the garage. Then the crew showed up whenever they wanted. Lucky again we were working from home but not cool when you have professional meetings and get disturbed without notice. Same happen with the sealant. No communication and then Bob showed up without telling us. We had to arrange the garage and everything suddenly. Not cool when you work ad are in the middle of the meeting. We did a check and couple days later we get an email asking if we paid and are requested to provide a copy of the payment. Not professional...
Now, we are facing the same thing again with the caulking of the garage that cracks just couple months after the work was done. Chasing to get information on when someone will come. Then an appointment is scheduled but Ray does not show up without telling us. He showed up on the next day again without notice. Lucky enough my husband was home. Then chasing again to get the caulking company over. They were supposed to contact us. Nothing. Chasing again and all of sudden they showed up yesterday not knowing what they have to do. We ended having to clean up the garage to give them room to work. Ray said they will also caulk another crack he saw but the crew did not do it. I tried to contact Ray with no success. This is frustrating. We paid on time and believe me to cash a check they are fast!!! They do not care about our satisfaction! I do not recommend this company

We had the best experience with Aksarben Concrete! They had to work around all the rain we had this fall. They kept me informed what was going on and when they would be there. They had a full crew and finished the job in under 2 days and that included taking out the 2 layers of old driveway. Thanks!

When I called Aksarben Concrete, they responded right away (same day) and came out and provided me with a quote. They installed a new sidewalk from the front of my house to the back of my house as soon as they could based on the December weather. They always kept me up to date on the project schedule. During the installation process, they kept me well informed and asked any questions they had. I would definitely call them again.

I highly recommend Aksarben Concrete. Kirk and Ray were professional and helpful to work with. Their price was fair. They came on time and removed my old driveway and replaced it all in one day. I've received many compliments on my new driveway from the neighbors.

From the estimate, through the work, and even paying my final balance, the whole process was effortless on my part. Kirk came out and gave me an estimate while he was still on premise. Ray did a follow up call after I had scheduled the work and they got me into their schedule earlier than originally planned. Matt and his crew did all the hard work, cleaned up each day they were on site and arrived and finished at the times they said they would. I had a driveway and patio put in start to finish in three days. Matt listened to my ideas for my patio and the final product was better than what I had envisioned. If you need concrete work done, I would definitely recommend this company.

After buying a fixer-upper, Aksarben Concrete has been the best hire we made. They were on-time, communicated in a timely manner, and did great work! Having a new driveway has dramatically increased our home’s curb appeal. I highly recommend Aksarben Concrete.

Aksarben Concrete did an outstanding job on our concrete needs. We replaced our driveway, sidewalk and porch. We set up a date, only a few weeks out, they came, and replaced everything in one day. They gave us everything we requested, and I love our new curvy sidewalk. Kirk planned and executed the job perfectly without any delays. Aksarben Concrete gets a 5 star!

Aksarben Concrete replaced my Driveway and did a fantastic job! They came out the same day I called and gave me a very reasonable estimate, the next week they tore out my old Driveway and put in the new one in one day!! Very nice people to work with, I would definitely recommend them!!!

I recently had plumbing done causing the need to tear up part of our driveway. I called several concrete companies attempting to get quotes with little to no luck. Aksarben Concrete called me back within an hour to schedule a meeting for a few days later. We met with the representative and was provided our quote that day.

We ended up wanting our entire driveway, sidewalk, stairs, landings, and stoop replaced and widened our driveway entrance. Other companies quoted us $6,000(+) more to just patch most, and replace the small section in our driveway!

In essentially 2 days they were finished with tearing it all out and replacing it. They even provided feedback on what would make the stairs and landing look better, and were 100% right. The cement looks amazing, all of it!

Everyone I spoke to and worked with was incredibly friendly and professional. I am, admittedly, an annoying customer because I have a million questions that I forget to ask all at once. I was provided phone numbers for a couple of people I could talk to and bug them whenever I had a question.

Overall, they made this whole process for me super easy, and the cement looks awesome. If I ever save up this much money again, I will definitely be calling them back to do my back yard too!

We had a terrible experience. We debated for years about getting a new driveway and decided to go with the aksarben. After 6 months we have multiple cracks and we asked them to come fix them they're extremely rude and hang up on us. After reaching out to the better Business bureau, I realize they already have an f rating. Which should have been a red flag before I even booked them. Would not recommend this company

Amazing from start to finish. We've been trying to get someone out for 3 months to repair our driveway. The other companies said that it would be October before they would get to us. Aksarben Concrete came over the SAME day that I called them and had my driveway replaced 4 days after that. They were by far the most professional that we spoke to and their work was impeccable. Will use for any future concrete projects and will recommend them without hesitation!

We used Aksarben Concrete to tear out and replace our full two-car garage driveway and we are super happy with the end product. We called numerous concrete companies prior to Aksarben to get an estimate, but I couldn't get anyone to come out or even return my call. That was not the case with Aksarben. They answered my call on the first try and Tyler came out the same day to give me an estimate. The team was tearing out the old driveway and pouring within two weeks. These guys were easier to work with and very reliable. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Aksarben Concrete and crew did a fantastic job on replacing my driveway and sidewalk. My driveway is on a busy street which they were able to complete in 1 day. They were great to work with and there customer service response time was immediate which is a great asset to the company. I would highly recommend this company.

Reached out to several companies looking for bids to replace crumbling and caving in driveway. Aksarben responded almost immediately, most I never heard from and another that couldn’t do what I needed actually recommended Aksarben. The price was very fair. I got on the schedule in a couple weeks. The crew was very professional, efficient and friendly. Got the whole thing done in 8 hrs. It looks great. They even took out an old rusty basketball pole/hoop and hauled it away! That was the cherry on top!! Happy to recommend Aksarben Concrete.
