As a real estate broker I have used Hi-Grade Exteriors on clients houses in order to get them market ready; I have also used them on my properties. High quality work, professional, and great pricing! From the smallest job to the largest rehab this group has always done a great job for me.

My house needed a lot of work. It was basically a “flip” house. High grade Exteriors were out there almost every single day and for many hours knocking everything out that needed to be done. Between removing carpet, painting, redoing the entire bathroom, new ceiling and multiple other jobs. I would highly recommend. Pat is honest when it comes to what he knows and helps comes up with the best solutions for projects.

Pat was awesome to work with! He was on the ball with everything! From start to finish he had great communication on everything that was happening. I would recommend Hi-Grade to anyone!

Pat Tierney and his crew with Hi-Grade Exteriors did some Amazing work on my house! They really went out of their way to get the roof and metals done. They even went out of their way to get the supplies when they werent readily available and still got the job done is a very professional and timely manner. Our metal and gutter color was not available anymore but they did an amazing job helping us find one that would look just as great on the house and that matched the bricks. The company was very responsive to our needs and wants with no hassles. They are all very friendly, professional and hardworking and got the job done with a very high quality outcome! I would recomend them to anyone needing work done whether it is from storm damage to wanting a fresh new look! They will definetely be my first and only call for the rest of my work coming up!

We have used Hi-Grade Exteriors for a number of projects at Trinity Lutheran Church in Omaha. The crew is always on-time, professional and they stay within the limitations of our budget. We are most proud of the renovation of the chapel they completed that was no small job. Most recently they installed new gutters on the parsonage house. They did a really great job in removing a downspout that was creating water issues and rerouting the gutter to another downspout. That is not easy work! Pat has great integrity and is a very responsive and honest owner. He has also done jobs for many of our congregation members. I would highly recommend them to anyone. He is trustworthy, fair, capable and honest. The crew is friendly, caring and a pleasure to have on any job site. Thank you team for exceeding our expectations time and time again!

Loved working with this company! They have done siding and painting at my house and it was great! Pat and his crew came to paint my house and as they were preparing everything they found a few issues here and there and helped me repair them and then did a quality paint job. Since then they have helped my parents with there siding issues and gutter issues and have been professionally and amazing to work with. Seriously had an experience where you could trust them with your home.

Over 40 years I’ve owned three houses. I’ve had to work with a lot of insurance companies and contractors over that time. Never, in all that time, have I ever worked with a contractor/company as exceptional as Pat and Hi-Grade Exteriors.

Working with him felt more like having an uncle “in the business” than we all always wish we had. He was professional, fast, friendly, advised me, and really removed all of the frustration and burden off of me. The process of fixing the hail damage and replacing the roof was the absolute definition of quality … “an absence of problems.”

Pat and his team rebuilt our garage after two trees came down on it in a storm. They were consistently professional and helpful, with clear expertise in their field. They worked through several unforeseen quirks related to having an older garage and coordinated seamlessly with our insurance company. I highly recommend Pat and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

After its all said and done we lived with the crew for about 2 month remodeling windows, tile, siding, carpet, plumbing, and soon hardwood flooring. Hi-Grade (Pat, Wayne & Crew) respects your privacy, quality/workmanship you expect, and cost. Hi-Grade was there rain or shine @ 7:30 sharp every single day…..Impressive. Pat is very professional and when you call he answers and shtuff gets done the next day, no hassle. My wife and I are more than pleased with Hi-Grade and will use them on future projects. Pat and his crew were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. His sister has a great eye for color and helped out immensely in choosing the correct color coordination. And Pat even came out a year later to fix a messed up screen, plus 11/2 years later to paint our new garage doors that we were finally able to get installed. Thanks so much! We had Pat Tierney and Hi-Grade Exteriors install gutters in June 2021 and are taking bids to replace our “new” gutters in March 2022! Our gutters need to be replaced because when it rains, water literally pours over the gutters and miters, and the miters leak for days after. We want to avoid foundation damage and water issues in the basement. We gave Pat the opportunity to make it right but it ultimately resulted in him attacking our integrity and character. On top of the poor workmanship, the customer service is bad, too. We had to beg Pat to come do the warranty work and after a few attempts to apply Band-Aid fixes we found out the entire job was not salvageable. Save yourself the headaches and choose any other company for your gutters. We DO NOT recommend Pat and Hi-Grade Exteriors.

Update: As a result of poor installation and Pat not honoring his warranty, we had to have our “new” gutters completely replaced in April 2022. We were appalled to see that Tierney didn't remove the old caulk but just put the gutter sealant over it. Pat Tierney is incompetent, I would not trust him and he does not honor his warranty.

Update: After many attempts to reach out to Tierney we contacted the State Attorneys General Office in the hope of reaching a settlement. Tierney made an offer which was clearly unacceptable. He wanted us to make concessions and gave us nothing in return. We countered with a reasonable offer and never heard back from him. This clearly shows what kind of business ethics he has. Do not hire Tierney and Hi-Grade Exteriors!

Pat and his team replaced our siding and gutters following the 2023 hailstorm in Fremont. Pat was incredibly patient with my endless questions throughout the process. During the project, he and his team also improved the structure of our garage and re-routed downspouts to ensure proper water drainage.

We did experience a small hiccup with our exterior kitchen exhaust fan, but Pat made sure it was resolved correctly. Our home sustained hail damage again in 2025, on two separate occasions, and we’ve continued to trust Pat and his team for our repairs. Their quality of work and commitment to customer satisfaction keep us coming back.

I have worked with Blaine over the last couple of years on projects ranging from quick bathroom updates, to full additions and renovations. He has great attention to detail, which helps each job run smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a general contractor!

Avid homes really delivers. Beautiful craftsmanship. Blaine Beebe is a stickler on details and has wonderful subcontractors who do excellent work and are very pleasant to deal with. 10 out of 10 in my book. Highly recommend his work for your project.
