Not detail oriented and damaged a lot of paint and drywall above shower stall and tub I had resurfaced. Someone from the company was sent out to come fix original issue and left it looking worse. Have tried to reach company twice and had no correspondence since last technician was out….

Always on time, polite, respectful and very competent. They are coming back to do another bathroom and kitchen.

I had run out of ideas and finally located Miracle Method. I called and a person(no computer) actually answered. Not just any person either….it was Betty and se was so helpful she made me believe in humanity again! She scheduled an appointment, the very polite young man showed up..he was courteous and when he got done repairing my bathtub you could not even tell where the crack was!!! I’m here to tell you that Miracle Method is the best…I would recommend them to anyone….absolutely phenomenal service!

Miracle Method of Omaha turned our uglier than ugly bathroom into a beauty.

There was tile on the ceiling, walls and floor. Retro green, yellow, brown.

Prepping to sell the house and had a hole in the upstairs bathroom….they came out within ~48 hours and it looks great! Like we have a new bathtub—highly recommend! Professional and timely. You will not be disappointed :)

In addition to above we had a master bath resurfaced changing a nonfunctional Jet tub to to a finished surface bathtub , sealing jet tube holes .. Great surface prep and sealing holes to give us a brand new regular tub .. Miracle Method worker kept everything clean with a great polished result.

My experience with Miracle Method was A+! We used them to restore a 1970s bathtub and a newer tile shower.

Ryan, the estimator, came promptly and explained the processes and outcomes very thoroughly. He also came back a second time when I wasn't certain that I had picked the right color.

Tara was our technician. She really is the best. Tara spent a lot of time making our project turn out beautiful. She remained at our home a couple of the days, long after working hours.

Both Ryan and Tara, along with the Miracle Method outcome, are top notch. I am calling Ryan to come out and look at a laundry sink this next week. Don't hesitate to use Miracle Method!

The crew at Phoenix Restoration Services of Omaha was at our house in 45 minutes (in the evening) after a phone call was made to them and they stayed through the night to extract water, and setup dryout machines, and diligently continued what they needed to do. They have shown top skill in what they do, great communication and workmanship. Tim has fully explained all steps of the process.
