OMG! I have to say this company is absolutely amazing. 5 stars all across the board! Brendan and his team were awesome. Very professional, very courteous and they did an amazing job. Our garage floor was starting to leak water into a room in the basement and I knew we had to do something fast. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly and kept in contact throughout the whole process. They were even willing to come down to Auburn which is sometimes nearly impossible. Thank you guys so much!!! We love our new floor! ❤️❤️❤️

Brendan and his crew did an Outstanding Job on my garage floor. His pricing is very reasonable when compared to other companies. The best part of ArmorTek is a Trailer is provided for storage several days before he starts the job. Brendan also lets you use trailer until it is safe to put stuff back in your garage. The trailer was very helpful and convenient.

Did a lot of research about finishing my garage floor with epoxy and DIY. Not the way to go in Nebraska. Polyurea/polyaspartic floor coating systems are what is needed here. Contacted Brendan at ArmorTek for a free estimate. He responded quickly and was out a few days later and gave me a quote before leaving. After speaking with him I knew his company was what I wanted, but I had 3 more bids offered as well.
Brendan’s explanation of the process and product showed me not only his professionalism, but also his experience in his industry. The price was in-line with what I expected, but as a bonus he offered a trailer to store my garage contents while they completed the work..
All finished and I couldn’t be happier. Floor looks fantastic and the whole process was exactly how he laid it out.
Only thing now is, I don’t want to move stuff out of the trailer because it’ll mess up my garage!

I had a great experience with ArmorTek for my garage floor coating. Brendan, the owner, was fantastic to work with—he took the time to clearly explain the entire process and answered all of my questions so I knew exactly what to expect. He was also very flexible with scheduling, which made the whole project easy to coordinate

Over the last month Brendan and his team coated 4 different surfaces for us around our home and we have been extremely pleased. Both the process and the final product exceeded our expectations. I never knew our garage could be so bright but when you replace an old, dirty, cracked floor with a bright, shiny, flawless one, it feels like a totally different space and we are really pleased. Of all the benefits of a coated floor, I think I best like how much light bounces off it. Though I’m hoping my new favorite feature will be how easy it is to clean dirt from it after a long winter. But time will tell on that! The product was applied carefully and neatly and it’s clear Brendan works in such a way he can proudly put him name to his work and I get the sense his employees work with the same standard in mind.

I really appreciated the clear expectations Brendan set for us. From first phone call, he explained the process clearly, set expectations properly, and always communicated consistently. He talked me through details I had not yet considered such as coating the foundation wall so it matches the floor or having it painted so it matched the drywall above. I appreciated his attention to detail on the little things. He scheduled a time to measure our four spaces and bring color samples. I appreciated that though we changed colors a couple times leading into the work beginning, he never lost track of our choices. Anytime he or employees were going to be at the house he gave us a heads up at least a day early. Because we had multiple contractors at the house at any given time, it interfered with his preferred timing but we was flexible. He always set expectations about the time he needed, how much driveway space he needed for his vehicle, and how long they would be at the house. It’s obvious how much attention he puts into the process and it really shows he’s running a business like a business. As a business owner myself, it’s clear he is thoughtful about how to run his business most efficiently. There were times he requested to drop of equipment that day before the work began so his guys could begin immediately upon their arrival. I imagine his guys have little down time as he always has the next job set up for them. His business runs well because of these extra efforts and it’s great for him, his employees, and his customers. Lastly I appreciated that he was present anytime work was being completed. Sometimes he would physically be working alongside his guys, sometimes he was setting up for them to begin, and other times he was just checking in but I appreciate how he was always on our property to provide quality control and guidance. His guys were pleasant and polite and we enjoyed them being around our home.

Brendan is a terrific and thoughtful business owner and we are happy for his success and happy we were able to be his customers. We love our new spaces! And I will confidently recommend him to even the pickiest of friends and clients.

Brendan from ArmorTek is great! My garage floors look amazing. He came in at a very competitive price compared to several other bids. He provided a fully enclosed trailer for free so that I could store my belongings into from my garage and lock them up. None of the other quotes I got even mentioned that as an option. He came in at budget and the guys showed up to work on time every time. His crew is very nice and respectful, they left my property as clean as if they were never even there. I would recommend 10/10. Very happy over all.
