We moved into an older home and needed our vents cleaned and a mold inspection. Andrew came out and cleaned the air ducts, he was very professional and did a great job! He also determined that no mold was present in the basement (much to our relief). So often I am concerned that a lot of companies are out for all the money they can take from people, especially first time homeowners with little to no experience. I really appreciate not only thier timeliness with scheduling the inspection and cleaning, but the honesty of telling us we did not need any mold remediation rather than trying to charge us an astronomical amount to fix a problem that wasn't there. The inspection was free and the duct cleaning was very fair priced for the quality of work and how many vents we have. We will definitely be using AdvantaCleans services in the future and recommending to friends!

After our dishwasher quit working, we had an appliance repair person come out to fix it. When he pulled out the dishwasher, he found mold behind the dishwasher. I called AdvantaClean and Andrew was out within 48 hours. Andrew did an assessment and gave us our options. It was very comforting to my husband and I that Andrew was honest and direct and didn't just tell us the most expensive route to take. In the end, we decided the cleaning I did will be okay for now, as the issue didn't seem to spread very far and it will be behind a dishwasher again soon. Our risks are relatively low.

Let me start off with saying that Andrew is great! He is very responsive and personable. I first called him to address possible mold in the attic, which he quickly identified as not mold. He didn't charge me for that service, but I did see that his business cleans HVAC ducts. He quickly placed me on the schedule. I am very pleased with his work. He cleaned the ducts---removed a surprising amount of dirt---then left the house just as clean as when arrived. I highly recommend Andrew and his business.

The owner, Andrew, from AdvantaClean, was the only business willing to inspect my home for the issue I saw before giving an estimate for the work. The other companies gave me a rough off-the-cuff estimate over the phone and would not schedule a time to see the issue. Andrew also recommended that we needed a dehumidifier for our home to take care of the issue we were experiencing, which worked. He clearly explained the whole process to me, so there were no surprises. AdvantaClean scheduled the work when I was available to be home. Andrew arrived on time and did all the work himself. He was polite, professional, and efficient with his work and cleaned up the area once the job was complete. I was very impressed with AdvantaClean and will use them again!
