Drainage reviews in Omaha, Nebraska

Showed up on a Sunday evening! I do not know if very many companies that will do that! Was very professional and explained what needed to be done and did exactly that. I will be saving this company for any future needs and will refer to anyone in need!

Friendly and professional. Finished the job faster than I expected and the fee was very reasonable. They will be my go-to from now on.

Great service and very reasonable price point. Honest in explanation of work required and got the job done professionally and promptly. Will definitely recommend to others.

Outstanding service. Prompt arrival. Knowledgeable. Professional. Clean, neat and careful of the surroundings. Thorough and provides advice for prevention of future issues. Very fair price. Fantastic!!

Prompt courteous professional service. Arrived on time and worked quickly to open our main drain. Reasonably priced, I would recommend them and will use them again ourselves.

Robert is simply the best. Always on time, great communication, and extremely knowledgeable. One of the best if not the best in the Omaha area.

Flexible same day service. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I will be recommending JACKAT Drain Cleaning. Thank you

Robert did a great job! Showed up quick and got to work. Very reasonable rates and my kitchen sink is working!

Robert was great! He responded fast and got the job done quickly! Couldn't ask for better service! Would highly recommend.

Wanted to support a local, small business. JACKAT was quick to answer, supportive, personable, and much cheaper than the big businesses showing up first on any search. Got the job done quickly. No complaints. Will use again and suggest the business to friends and family.

I have had this guy break apart the root system in front of my house twice. No mess, no fuss, a great job both times. Would highly recommend.

Robert was fantastic to work with. He was prompt and did a great cleaning my pipes. Would recommend to my friends.

Very fast and friendly service had a backed up drain and they helped same day. Great warranty, when we had the issue again he came out incredibly quickly to help clear the issue and explained what was causing it. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Appreciated the fast, friendly, professional, and affordable response on a Saturday afternoon (Husker game day!) when other companies couldn't make it for 2-3 days.
Emergency and messy job completed quickly and mess cleaned up nicely.
I highly recommend!

Robert was amazing! Explained in detail his plan and was all about taking care of the space the best he could and keeping it clean. Would definitely call again and highly recommend if needing those services in the future.

Robert not only did the job he came to do but checked, and fixed, two additional drains for no extra charge. He showed me how I could do it myself then checked our septic tank before he left for no additional charge.

Extremely professional! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonable prices actually better than anyone else I called. Fast efficient and was there to fix the problem within the hour on a Sunday. Explained my issues and explained everything he was doing. Very polite and super nice guy. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JACKAT DRAIN CLEANING!

Robert was professional, detailed, and patient. Since we live in a condo and our water lines are connected, Robert came out 3 separate times and even worked in the neighboring condo to help solve our drain issue. He charged us initially, then followed up and helped us at at no additional cost. We highly recommend Robert for any drain cleaning or drain issues you may have.

They bring the big machine and don’t mess around.
