Less expensive than the local smaller competitors. We got their name from a friend who had theirs installed about 10 years ago. Highly supportive staff answered all questions and processes regarding product, financing and pre-installation prep. Installed today efficiently, under 4 hours with about 2 hours without power. Great run-through the equipment operation when done, the weekly maintenance turn on from their office, the phone app, and info re supports for future questions and ongoing maintenance.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the technician. Avery found that my regulator on my propane tank was leaking. He even called and expressed concern on my behalf to my propane provider which was fixed promptly. Believe I will be contacting your company from now on for my Generac Generator services. Thank YUou

They were on time and provided a free estimate for me, but it was over 30% higher than the other bids I received for generators of the same size/output. I was not impressed with the competency of the sales guy doing the estimate and that became very clear when I got other bids. I think part of the reason their bid was so high was because the sales guy did not have adequate knowledge on gas and electric, leading to a very elaborate and costly installation. The other contractors sent licensed electricians to do bids and they knew the most efficient way to do the installation. Their sales guy also told me incorrect information about my gas meter being undersized; MUD came out and told me a meter upgrade was not even remotely necessary. I'm sure the installers do a fine job, but they need more qualified people doing the quotes.

The technician flipped the remote switch, declared there was nothing wrong and left. He didn't bother to check the alarm history which shows multiple failures of the remote switch. They billed me $200 for a warranty repair they didn't do. 2 weeks later, the engine failed again the same way. They refused to repair it under warranty saying the regulator was installed too close to the unit. I checked the installation guidelines and there's is no recommendation on the regulator location.
Don't do business with these people, they either don't know what they are doing or are crooks or both.
