Technician (Gabriel) showed up on time, went right to work, in the rain even, and did a fantastic job. Very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Friendly neat and clean and thorough. Pleasure to do business with!

Angel, the Field Crew Leader Technician and his team were excellent! All friendly and worked super clean. Angel also did a great job explaining how to operate the unit after the install. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Annual maintenance. Discovered a minor factory error and ordered the replacement part so will have it fixed and up to peak efficiency in a couple weeks.

They were on time and provided a free estimate for me, but it was over 30% higher than the other bids I received for generators of the same size/output. I was not impressed with the competency of the sales guy doing the estimate and that became very clear when I got other bids. I think part of the reason their bid was so high was because the sales guy did not have adequate knowledge on gas and electric, leading to a very elaborate and costly installation. The other contractors sent licensed electricians to do bids and they knew the most efficient way to do the installation. Their sales guy also told me incorrect information about my gas meter being undersized; MUD came out and told me a meter upgrade was not even remotely necessary. I'm sure the installers do a fine job, but they need more qualified people doing the quotes.

The installation crew was great! They answered my questions about the service and equipment, and they did an excellent job of showing me how to operate everything. It has been a stress free process from the start, and even less stress now, knowing I don’t have to sweat power outrages!

The team of three did an awesome job installing our Generac system. They arrived ahead of schedule in the morning and efficiently got the work done. The installation team was very friendly and courteous. Smart guys! At the end of the installation, they did a thorough demonstration to be sure I knew how it worked and didn't laugh when I took lots of notes. They also provided complete documentation for the system. They came prepared with everything they needed and were very neat. You would not have even known they were here when they wrapped up. As for the Generac system, it's amazing to see how fast it goes to work when the power is off. We hope we don't need it to kick in anytime soon, but it's worthwhile peace of mind, especially with the crazy weather we're having year-round.

Extremely happy with my new generator. Trevor and the entire team were fantastic in answering all my questions, following up with me, and making sure the whole process went seamlessly. The installation crew walked me through exactly how the generator works and tested it out with me to make sure I knew everything I needed to know. Generators for Sale did a great job. They were very efficient and installed our whole house generation system expertly! They explained everything to me when completed, I couldn't ask for a better company to have done the installation. They came to me as a 3rd party company from Costco with whom we purchased the Generac generator. Great price!

Annual maintenance was performed. It was not an option on your “reason for service”. Price for annual maintenance is getting out of control especially for a loyal customer of 12 years.

Got a new router, so I had to re-establish my connection on my phone and PC. Service repairman did an excellent job, and the generator is functioning perfectly. After 5 power outages in the last couple of years, it has paid for itself many times over. Best investment ever.

Annual generator servicing appointment. This year we needed a new battery. They called to confirm we were accepting of a replacement for a new battery. We were informed of price and allowed to make the choice. Very professional and thoughtful. We are glad we have a great company to keep us with power in case of an outage!
