Used this company for a couple of years. All of the sudden I get ghosted by the manager saying will call or schedule something. No responses. Tried for 2 months. Always paid my bills with them. Guess my business was not worth it for them. If you are looking for an electrician, I recommend calling someone else.

Built a house with Celebrity and moved in about 6 months ago. Wolfe Electric is the electric company that is provided. I have a breaker that went bad in my computer room(for work) and in my baby room which both probably only have 3 things plugged into the outlets. I filled out a claim through celebrity and received a prompt email from Celebrity that they sent the claim to Wolfe. A day goes by and no contact, I call the number on the claim form and am told that someone else deals with that and says they will call me. Another day goes by and I receive a call towards the end of the day to make an appointment. Appointment was set for anytime before noon the next day(I understand that). The day of the appointment I take off of work until noon to be home, NOBODY SHOWS UP!! I don’t even get a courtesy call stating they couldn’t make it or to reschedule. After the noon hour, I then try to call and nobody answers.

We used Wolfe Electric for some work in our home and Anthony did an amazing job! He was so easy to work with and he got the job done! We appreciated his hard work and easy-going personality. He was awesome!

We are getting ready to move across the company and Anthony made this as stress-free as possible!

We had them swap out a 3-prong outlet for a 4-prong outlet which was about 30 minutes worth of work + outlet cost and received a bill for $200. We also spent time talking through details of an estimate for future electrical work to be done throughout the house. I never heard back on the estimate although I made three attempts to get information from them. Service tech was great and informative. But the estimate never materialized, not sure I want to see it based on the cost of the outlet swap.

Wolfe is responsive and professional. We needed an electrician the next day as we are doing major outdoor upgrades to our house. We had an electrical issue and Wolfe was at our house early the next morning! I appreciate their services and highly recommend them.

I was looking for a bid for the parking lot lights at the APT community I manage. I never got the bid for the job, I talked to and texted the Representative NUMEROUS TIMES... I promise you I had to be trying for over a week just to get a bid.. I called them back and told them NEVER MIND..

Tried using Wolfe Electric to get an EV charger installed. Things started out great, electrician was able to give me a quote by sending over some pictures. Price was right and I decided to move forward with them and scheduled an install a couple weeks out. First date cancelled less than 24 hours of install, rescheduled to the following week, and that appointment cancelled the morning of. Asked about the next available date and completely ghosted, so moved on to someone else who got it installed within several days of contact. Not sure what happened, I get things happen, but making my schedule work for them and then ultimately never seeing them plus the lack of communication made it difficult to want to continue working with them.

Wolfe Electric is great to work with. On time, on budget, and easy to deal with each project.
