Horrible experience with him. Did not call me when he was on his way to our house. Wife answers the door to let him in. He gave her attitude when she said i was not there. Wife called me gave him the phone. I told him Im only 5 min away, he can start looking in the basement. He leaves. Complete waste of my time.

Called for an estimate twice for different jobs. First time I called him he showed up and told us he will be sending us an estimate. Waited for about a week called and he said he had no time. We were fine with his answer we found someone else to do the job. On the second estimate same person showed up he remembered the first time he came and he said he will give us an estimate in a few days. Never got the estimate called him no answer left two messages still no answer. Very disappointed I read wonderful reviews and someone recommend Frontier Electrical to us. I would not give no star if I could.

Sven came in and fixed a circuit on our house the day after I called, had him come out the next day to check up on something and he did so. Great to work with, will hire for future needs.

Called Frontier Electric last minute to do the electrical work on my new hot tub. He was very cordial on the phone, but more importantly did an excellent job with the wiring. He went out of his way to make the GFCI box, piping, etc, as cosmetically nice as possible. Even stayed till after the sun set to finish the job as promised. Highly recommended.

He diagnosed the problem quickly and took the time to explain the cause and the necessary repair without tacking on extra work or expenses. He even took measures to prevent future issues without additional charge, and he said to call if we have any issues after the repair. He seems very concerned about giving an accurate and fair bid, and he seems to value his reputation. As the daughter of an electrician, I am very pleased with his service. He is also very friendly and a Star Wars fan, which is a definite plus in my book. Highly recommended!
