Finding Artsan has been the best decision I made this year. Their professionalism, knowledge and customer service is top notch. I have hired a number of contractors this year and I made my fair share of mistakes along the way. Mark and Aaron have gone above and beyond my expectations. They have done multiple jobs for us this year. One being a home generator . Anyone who has done electrical work knows that inspections and Sarpy County can be very frustrating. Mark took care of everything. I guess I did open the door. lol. Generators require dealing with multiple people. MUD, Plumber and the inspections. Mark took care of it all and kept me updated during the whole process. I could reach out to him anytime I had a question and he always responded even if after hours. He would explain things until I understood without getting frustrated. As people know the last few years it seems we loose power more and more. It’s happened twice this year and Mark and Aaron saved us both times. My mother is on oxygen so when we loose power it’s very scary. Each time it went out for multiple days Aaron brought a portable generator so we were able to stay without worry.. He made sure everything important was working before he left. He made multiple trips from home to refill the generator. Now we have a whole home generator so should never happen again. Other jobs they have done is update electrical panel, ceiling fans, replaced an outlet, replaced our garage door opener. Another great thing is they know other companies to handle any work outside of their scope of knowledge. He referred me to a plumber who took care of replacing the hot water heater. I wish I would have found Artisan at the beginning of our updating instead of the end. Our original contractor took advantage of our age and lack of knowledge. We would have saved a lot of money and frustration. Now Artisan is my go to for everything. If they can’t do the job they will refer someone who can. I can’t say enough about how great Mark and Aaron. Their prices are very reasonable too. I never questioned if they was charging to much or trying to take advantage of us. I would recommend them for electrical to anyone needing work with the knowledge they are in good hands.

Mark was great at communicating and getting my needs met. Aaron, the electrician that performed the work, was awesome! My ceiling fan was installed quickly for a reasonable price. I will definitely utilize Artisan Electric for my electrical needs in the future!

Mark did some electrical work for property in Omaha. I do not live in Nebraska and Mark was very informative on what needed to be done. He quoted me the price and did the work quickly and followed up with pictures and explained all that had been done. Immediately scheduled to have an inspection as required and it passed! I wished he lived in my area, I would have him do all my electrical work. Very trustworthy, I highly recommend him!

We have worked with Mark and his crew for a few months now and he has never let us down! Wether its installing outlets or re-labeling breakers he is always quick to respond and communicates well. Mark a super nice guy and i would seriously recommend him to anyone!

We live in a rural area with above ground utility lines. Due to numerous power outages, we have been running a back-up generator for years. Mark and his team did a 2 panel replacement with service upgrade as well as a new generator connection at the house. Mark did a great job of explaining our options for the required work as well as adding a few features to make the generator install very clean and functional. We definitely plan on using Mark in the future for our house and shop needs.

For as long as I live in Omaha, I will use Artisan Electric. I was blown away by Mark's professionalism, knowledge, and eagerness to help. I called Artisan to fix some issues I was having with my kitchen lights, which Mark fixed promptly, and while he was here, I thought of several other things I wanted fixed throughout the house. Mark went through the house room by room, gave me his recommendations and estimates (far more affordable than expected), and made plans to get the work done. His primary reason for the visit was to install a generator, which he did seamlessly and efficiently — it was the highlight of the service and has given me such peace of mind during power outages.

As an added bonus, he also installed bright, motion-sensored security lights. While this was an afterthought, they turned out to be a fantastic upgrade that enhances my home’s safety.

Mark was extremely professional, punctual and respectful. He installed an electrical outlet under my sink for the dishwasher. My previous dishwasher was hardwired and he let me know why it needed to be changed. Paying the invoice was easy too!

I had a really great experience and would always recommend Mark and Aaron at Artisan electric! I called them because I had two outlets in my kitchen that were missing plates, and two of my outlets upstairs didn’t work at all. They gave me a price range up front, verified everything with me before making changes, they were trustworthy, great communicators, and little did I know, they ended up eliminating multiple fire hazards in the house as a result of their findings!
