This is a big corporation and they know how to convince you to do the work. They are nice but pushy & very quick to schedule and start work. They did fine work came very quickly, getting the work done within a couple of weeks.
However, they charged $80 to just come and look at our house. Then, they bid low, when they first came they said $1,000 to $1,200. Then, they came and did the work, taking less than then they originally said, but they charged us $1,640. They never stopped to tell us why they charged us more, they just did. So, don’t trust the bid & know that they will take as much as they can. This job shouldn’t have cost more that $800 so, we were already over paying. We are feeling cheated
