I came in to get some houseplant related gifts for my daughter. Jenn in house plants was fantastic and was able to point me in the right direction and was able to help me figure out why some of my own plants were having issues. Great selection and customer service!

We LOVE Muhall's! It's such a beautiful store and the customer service is top tier- Especially Jenn Tucker. She is always so knowledgeable and helpful with all of our needs. Can't recommend her enough!!!

There's a lot of great plant and garden stores around the metro, and my experiences with all of them have been fantastic, so I can't pick a favorite. That being said, my first experience with Mulhalls was fantastic. Lots of people I know really talk the place up, so my expectations were a little higher, but the size of their space and the range of plants, planters, and supplies on hand are truly impressive. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great work Mulhalls!

We stopped in to explore this popular spot. Jenn, inside the greenhouse, helped me pick out a few plants for my granddaughter’s apartment. We had a delightful exchange and Jenn shared some basic care instructions for my granddaughters success. What a friendly and informative experience!

I have been going to Mulhall's for over 30 years and my go-to place for all my gardening needs. Their customer service is exceptional which keeps me coming back time and time again! Most recently Mitch helped me with a warranty item and could not have been more kind and helpful.

Such a fun green house year round. Here are some pictures from their winter event with all of the hand blown ornaments and some of the things we just saw there recently this summer when we were looking for our landscaping. Always quality plants, always great prices and great selection.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Mulhalls, their staff is great. I've gotta mention Brooke's insight and determination with helping my wife and I find what we needed. Her custom ornaments are incredible! She really listened to us and designed really cool ornaments that we handed out to our whole family (they loved them). Hands down best gardening store in Omaha. I had the best customer experience! I needed over 60 plants/flowers for a memorial garden. It was pouring rain. I knew it would mean 2 trips since I only have a Crosstrek but the team (Tina, Matt & Sylvia) made the experience one I will never forget. We got every plant in my car so I did not have to make two trips and they were so helpful & kind even though we were all soaking wet.

I’ve been a long-time fan and customer of Mulhalls, but my experience today encouraged me to finally leave a review. Tyler went above and beyond with wonderful customer service and an engaging conversation about a plant I needed to repot. Their knowledge, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience a joy. Thank you, Tyler, for reminding me why Mulhalls is always my first choice for plants needs!

A great store! Just got our Christmas tree from here! Such an easy and seamless process. They tag it for you, you pay, and go through their pick up line. Shoutout to Xavier Garcia for helping us!

We always get our Christmas tree at mullhall’s the day after thanksgiving. We get there early and enjoy the free coffee and donuts, pick out our tree and then wander around the ornaments. The reindeer are also always fun to see! It’s one of my favorite traditions!

I was shopping, lost in a delirium amongst some of the healthiest, most beautiful flowers and plants. 😎. I left my phone sitting alone!!
An hour or so after I left, realized, and headed back. I had 5!! Staff members all looking, FOUND, and all smiles 😁 It was a huge, fast, deescalation of my dilemma. 10 ⭐

This was an awesome place if you are a plant person like me. Jenn was such an amazing help and knew all about the plants and how to care for them. There were so many plants to choose from I couldn't even think straight. My poor husband had to spend 2 1/2 hours just looking at plants. I strongly recommend checking this awesome place out.

Of your staff was so amazing! Jenn and Erica answered all of my questions at the Information desk, staff answered questions about pots and even directed me to the self repotting station. I found a few great deals with sale items and found the lemon cypress I have been looking for for months! Impeccable customer service! Jenn walked me up to the registers and explained what everything will look like in the Spring! I even joined the rewards program because I will defiantly be back!

Brooke was incredible, from the moment she picked up the phone to final payment. She customized a need for me and absolutely nailed it. She gave me several options and didn’t stop until she knew I was satisfied. Best part was her upbeat attitude and determination to get it right. The price was fair and the quality was above and beyond. I called from out of state for a local delivery and got VIP service.
