If you're reading this, RUN. The most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life. "Forgot" to show up the first day scheduled, and had excuse after excuse. Rescheduled, and showed up 3 hours late! Then when night rolled around and we had things to do, THE OWNER YELLED AT MY WIFE FOR 30 MINUTES STRAIGHT. Saying it was our fault she wasn't done because we didn't give them enough time.

If you're looking to get a house cleaned and want a simple stress-free experience, look literally anywhere else first. Wish I could give negative stars...

Hands down the best. Shay did a excellent job ensuring all was up to standard and meet expectations today and nothing of value was tossed which we can all get a bit anxious about. Thank you for making home a sanctuary once again!

Called to make appointment to set up a cleaning time. Wanted to meet cleaners prior to having them in my home as I would not be at home during cleaning.

Was told April would come to my home Thursday at 6 PM for a meet and greet. April would then come to my house Friday at 10 AM for a cleaning.

April never showed up for the 6 PM meet and greet. I called several times to see when someone would be coming. Never heard from the agency again they did not show up at my house Friday at 10 AM to clean the house. Don’t waste your time

I had a somewhat out of the box cleaning task - used cubicles with fabric walls, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning the fabric, getting stains out, and then detail cleaning of the desk and cabinet spaces of the cubicles. I will happy to have new employees sit in those spaces as our office grows!

This company took the place of a company that I had contracted with when there was a car accident involved with the first worker. The cleaning was acceptable. She put something on the wood floors that made them slick and I slipped and wrenched my back. I contacted the worker, she contacted her boss and said I’d to pay to have floors recleaned. The boss would not honor the amount for the original cleaning company and I agreed to. It was $50 more. Then wanted more to reclean the slick floors!!! Never again will they be at my house!

April and her crew came out to do a spring cleaning of my duplex. This is something that i have needed yet chose to put it off due to the current pandemic. I am so glad i made the decision to hire April. She was very knowledgeable in disinfection services and i absolutely loved the fact that she used all disposable tools. Even down to her cleaning cloths. I most definitely will be using her in the future.

We found Anytime Cleaning when someone in our office tested positive for Covid two years ago and we needed someone to come in and disinfect the office. They were able to come in the same day and we decided we wanted them to do the monthly cleaning. We are very happy with them and we love the crew, they are awesome. Always happy, always smiling and all had a good attitude.
The Supervisor stops by from time to time to make sure the cleaning is being done to our satisfaction. Overall, great service and great company. Highly recommend!!!

My experience was a very happy one. Finally, I found a cleaning company that cleans as thoroughly as I do. I am rather a perfectionist and I met my match with April DeCenzo. She was friendly and just went to work with her crew and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t of done better myself. There attention to detail was like nothing I had ever experienced. It was evident the employees felt less concerned about the covid 19 knowing their offices had been deep cleaned and most of all disinfected. They disinfected our offices right down to the stapler. We all felt and look forward to getting this done more frequently.

I hired April to clean my Airbnb. Went through the entire process of walking the property, discussing rates, cleaning techniques, products and sharing my calendar. They failed to show up to the first appointment. Causing me to miss another booking the same day.

The communication was its own nightmare! Before initially hiring April, I excused the lack of responsiveness to my calls was being an busy company. I quickly learned she just didn’t care, after the no show of the very first scheduled service. After a few days of calling with no response, I finally got April on the phone expressing my concerns, she act as if she needed to follow up on the issue, and would call me back. It’s now been a week later, and still no call back or answering of my calls.

Avoid wasting your time and energy!

Wow. I've used several cleaning services in the past and was never really satisfied with the services done. Ms. April and her team came into my home while I was away for three weeks and when I returned home it was like I was coming home to a newly renovated home. A job well done and I'm hooked on the fantastic job that was done in my home. Thanks so much for getting my greasy home looking so great. Your Super Fantastic. Excellent and thorough work! Eric did a fabulous job on my bathrooms. Very affordable. I called several companies before booking with Anytime Cleaning, I'd have to say they were by far the most inexpensive and they got me right in. I was able to get an appt for the next day. I highly recommend this company!

Was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism with April and her team. April is very responsive. It only took her and her team a few days to schedule an appointment. We needed our office deep cleaned and disinfected. They did a great job!

April has been cleaning our dental office for over a year now. She and her crew are very thorough and do an excellent job! Over the years we have tried a few different cleaning companies and no one else has been this reliable with such attention to detail. I would highly recommend April to anyone looking for a cleaning company!

Anytime Cleaning is fantastic! I needed cleaners for my house since we are moving. The cleaners did an amazing job! It looked like a brand new house. They were very thorough as well. They did a fantastic job on the bathrooms too. I would recommend April and her crew to anyone!

I had to leave a Voicemail when I called, however April returned my call within 5 minutes and was able to send a Team of Two to gather and bag up all of the leaves in both my back & front yards. Her guys worked hard and was able to complete the job faster than I anticipated it to take. They worked the entire time. I feel this was money well spent. I will definitely be using them again next year

I can't think of one thing that this little lady and her people did wrong ,, I work constantly and very odd hours ..alot of time s ...I make mess's....clothing drops to the floor,,coffee mess on the counters , the bathroom trash needs emptied....I won't apologize,, I've got to get ready! ...I don't wanna be late ..but I was starting to feel anxious about all the things I've been just brushing off till later neglecting ... .so when I saw.r April "s Anytime Cleaning service working like a finely oiled machine. Truly detailing my Aunties house ,,she cleaned top to bottom and from left to right ...well that was when I got her # quick ⁶h⁵⁵and scheduled a time she was so kind and I didn't even feel awkward cuz I had been super messy ...well when I came home from work 👀 I was amazed it was like magical ...lol no but for real... suddenly i felt a weight lifted off my shoulders
