Just had an unfavorable experience with Justin, who called our place of business. He was not happy that I took a message for our manager and he let out his frustration on me (who answers phones) and then hung up on me. Sure way to not get our business!

Enviro-Master has cleaned Sherwin-Williams’ bathrooms for years and they have continued to keep them looking spotless. We have customers complimenting on how clean and how good they smell all the time. Misty is great and has a very high standard to keep our bathrooms looking their best.

Our rep, Shawn Mother for Quality Processing Services, shows up on time and is very professional. With covid he is coming twice a week. He is great about working around the office people when they are finishing something up. Even though he has to wait a little bit for each person he does not get annoyed or try to rush anyone.

Sara is awesome she always tells me if a toilet is broken or it’s leaking or anything she is great. Also, she is super friendly and easy to talk to. We love having her come and clean.
