Rented their largest bin for a whole home clean out. Communication was great. Their was am accident upon drop off and the driver accidently hit my mailbox. The driver was honest and didn't try to hide anything letting me know it happened. One of the owners called me directly and made everything right quick and efficiently. I would suggest this company for your garbage bin needs.

The bin arrived on time and was clean. The 15 yard bin we picked was perfect. It allowed us to walk in the heavy stuff and arranges things so we could maximize the space. Pick up was easy and they cleaned up after. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We rented a 20 yard dumpster to do some late "spring cleaning" / bathroom remodel. We were very pleased with their service!! Their prices were very competitive and their additional services (Driveway Protection System, Sweeping the driveway when pick up the dumpster, Fast delivery, Walk-in double doors) just added to the experience. I just used Been There Dump That for the 2nd time and the experience was fantastic (just like it was the first time). I submitted the online request on a Thursday night and a dumpster was delivered around 1pm the next day. The team was easy to work with and we were able to handle most of the logistics via text, with is perfect for me. The only call that was needed was to share my credit card info.

When they dropped off the dumpster, they placed it on 2x4s to keep it elevated and protect the driveway. When they picked up the dumpster, there was no evidence left behind that a dumpster was even placed in the driveway. No debris, no rust spots, nothing. They will continue to be my first call (or online submission) when I need dumpster services.

As I was looking for a dumpster I found many companies that were overpriced, couldn’t tell me when I could get a dumpster, and I got the feeling they didn’t care if they rented to me or not. THEN I called Bin There Dump That (love the name). They were so helpful, pleasant, friendly and professional. I told them what I needed and was pleasantly surprised to be able to not only get the size of dumpster I needed but could get it when I needed it. They protected my driveway and cleaned up after pickup. They will be the only dumpster company I’ll ever use. And I will again next spring. My neighbors and friends know how I feel about this company and I recommend them to everyone who needs a dumpster. Thank you so much for helping me out.

Been There Dump That Omaha (I know, very catchy name) made the entire process extremely easy. Outstanding communication throughout, including reminding me 48 hours in advance the window in which pickup would occur. Need to delay pickup a few days? Very reasonably priced - a simple phone call is all it takes. Dumpster arrived when scheduled and placed exactly where I requested - with boards placed underneath to protect driveway (greatly appreciated).

Thw office staff worked amazing with my time frame! For the amount of time you get this is by far the best option as well especially when it comes down to the money! It was nice not having a beat up old one ive seen around to from other companies. The dropped it off exactly where I wanted and where we talked about and picked up at a great time.
