Kristine and the crews are both professional and courteous. It’s tough to find it in real life but they have it all. A real one stop shop and take care of everything under the sun for you.

Have been a longtime customer and have found their service to be of good quality and value. As dog owners, we are always worried about fence doors being left open and that have never happened with this provider.

A man with a beautiful mullet and a pretty good mustache helped me with the fertilization of my yard and his name was Luke and I can’t believe how amazing it turned out!!

They fertilized my lawn perfectly and I told my wife i did it myself and now my wife thinks i’m a stud Luke was an amazing guy to work with!

Unethical and Outrageous: If they say minimum amount - beware - they may shock you with a huge bill (by more than 5 times that or $1000+). I asked them to mow my empty - 0.32 Acre size -residential lot. We agreed for a minimum amount of $250 for one-time mowing because it is overgrown - with an understanding that they will charge extra for additional work "if needed". Note: Apparently they knew my neighborhood very well.

They didn't call me for consent when they decided to perform work for more than the agreed minimum amount of $250. After the work they have sent me an invoice for $1275 on 9/12 (they started with $2100 on 10/5/2023 before my plea) for single mowing service - the rationale being... that they've performed cleanup i.e., taken care of some volunteer trees, which I didn't ask them to cut in the first place nor they informed me that they are going to cut it.

Note: For comparison, for the same lot, I did two mowing of $125 each for the entire year in 2022. (Once in May 2022 and the other in August 2022) by a different company.

1 star for charging me way more than agreed upon price, AFTER the fact that the owner came by to mow my lawn and said "you have a huge yard, it shouldnt be $35!" so he back charged me at an increased price for my past lawn mows!!! 1 of them @$40 and 2 of them @$60 - I told him he can charge me the new price going forward but not on back-mows. That unethical and not the way to do business! Christine the Office Manger is nice but it ends there. Find a different lawn care company out of the thousands available! Thank God we have so many options to choose from!

Lawn Land and Beyond was very informative and knowledgeable about what type of fertilizer and weed control I needed to get a thick green lawn without the weeds or crabgrass.

Had a great experience, Luke showed up gave me an estimate and got my yard cleaned up nice! Thinking about letting them fertilize this year!

This should have been ZERO stars. Every week the trimmers scalp the grass around my house clear to the dirt. The mowers spin around on one wheel, acccelerate up the hill, spin the tires, and grind out the grass. Repeated calls to the office have gotten ZERO response. If you're looking for good mowing, look elsewhere.
