Used these guys for our driveway and patio. Never again will we use them. Stay away from this company. They are scam artist.

I live at an apartment complex and they mow there they shoot the grass straight at the cars and they sent a rock toward my car window and broke it and when I called and asked what they were gonna do to right it they said since there is no witnesses nothing

I live in a apartment complex that they do snow removal. Its the worst I have ever seen. They windrow the lanes wrong and throw the snow up on the cars. They take parking spots with the snow instead of pushing out of the drive lanes and out of the property. They dont use a skid in tight areas and just leave the snow piled. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Would never recommend this company. Plenty of pictures to provide.

I'll admit I've never used them but I never will. As I was driving to work today one of the Omaha turf trucks cut me off and when I looked to see who was driving, the guy was on his cell phone texting. I don't mean at a red light. I mean driving and texting. Looking down at his phone instead of the road. Maybe if you had been paying attention, I wouldn't have nearly gotten sideswiped. If you're going to break the law, maybe don't do it in the company truck.

Great company!!! Will do business with them again! On time, worked with us, answered all of our questions!!! Excellent job with beautiful results! Have have many neighbors and people driving by comment on how great it looks!!! John is great!!!

Basharaco ran a magazine ad for a free landscape design. Shannon missed our first scheduled appointment but finally came to our home another day to talk over what we wanted. However, we never received our free landscape design and we finally gave up after calling and leaving multiple messages. False advertising and no return of multiple phone calls is unacceptable.

"Mismanagement" more accurately describes Omaha Turf Management. After I accepted a bid for grading, filling, and sodding on my property, and the job was 80% complete, the owner of Omaha Turf Management, attempted to up their bid 230% from the original bid, citing the bid was too low. It wasn't my error, and I declined. By the end of the conversation I agreed to a substantially smaller increase in price, as I had added 15% more sq. ft. to the original agreed upon bid.
When the workers arrived later that same morning to finish the job, they brought with them pallets of old or inferior sod which had already begun to turn yellow on the pallets, and got increasingly worse once they were laid. It was a struggle the next few months to save much of it.
Finally, there was an area included in the original bid, and an adjoining area which was torn up by their Bobcat, roughly 500 sq. ft. Rather than sodding those areas, they instead salvaged the additional cost involved in sodding, and, seeded the area.
Between dealing with Omaha Turf's Management on the attempted price hike, and the "finished" product, the experience was definitely negative.

They respond immediately and do great work! I use Omaha Turf for lawn care and snow removal and am 100 percent satisfied with their work. After using a few different companies I've finally found an amazing one!

We needed a new retaining wall and we are VERY pleased with the work that Matt at Basharaco did. We liked it so much we continued the work into a new back yard paver patio and garden wall. After all that we kept going! and had Basharaco replace our old cracked concrete patio under our deck with a new paver patio as well. Not through yet! next Basharaco will be planting a row of evergreen trees along my fence. Great job Matt!

After interviewing various landscape companies we decided to go with Basharaco Lawn & Landscape. Matt and Shannon listened to our vision for our backyard and designed a layout that not only matched but surpassed our needs for an outside entertainment space. We requested a very detailed bid for the project and Basharaco remained substantially below the competition while maintaining a high level of quality in the material used as well as meeting out tight deadlines.

Basharaco began the project on time. The staff and workers were professional and pleasant to deal with. Matt (project manager) was available onsite for the majority of the project and responded immediately to calls via phone or SMS. After the project began, we made some minor changes and major additions to the design. Matt was able to provide immediate feedback and incorporate these changes without issues or delays in our timelines. As the project progressed, Matt made some suggestions that would improve the overall feel of the space. He said he had the material at the shop and would do the work at no extra cost to us.

There was a lot of construction work and material movement involved which destroyed parts of our lawn. Basharaco made sure to replace those areas after the work was completed so that it appeared that they were never there. They made sure to address any issues and concerns to our satisfaction. The project was completed on time without any hidden costs.

Our family and friends were blown away with the quality of work. We have already enjoyed many nights sitting at the firepit and entertaining our friends. Overall we were very satisfied with Basharaco and would gladly recommend them for any landscaping project.

For a couple of years we were looking to have a retaining wall to be redone. Although we have known Matt Bashara for many years, we received several bids for the project. Basharaco's bid was lowest. The work was done in a timely matter. Just two days to complete. The wall sets right on the property line. No damage was done to the neighbors yard and the clean up was excellent. We would recommend Basharaco not just because he is a friend but because of the work his men did. Well done Basharaco!!

Phenomenal. Project was completed on schedule (even with weather delays) and on budget. We couldn't be happier with our boulder wall!

I was looking to have an old concrete patio replaced. I made contact with the fine people at Basharaco and explained what I was looking for. They came out to my property quickly, listened to my requested, and designed a beautiful cobblestone paver patio. Once we decided to go forward the experience was great. Shannon met my wife and I out our local paver dealer to go over stone selections. The process was easy and our new paver and steps are absolutely beautiful. If I ever need another landscape project done at my home Basharaco will be getting a call! I highly recommend them.

I submitted a request for estimate through a web form on a targeted Facebook ad. Jon Wilson called me within a couple hours to discuss, which was great. He said he was at a job site and couldn't write down the agreed upon appointment details and asked me to text it to him where he'd "put me on his schedule later after he's done with his current job." No big deal; I immediately texted him my name, appointment, and address as requested. About 2 hours later, he replied and asked for my address. Again, no big deal, so I provided it a 2nd time.

Fast forward to the appointment time with my wife and I anxiously awaiting Jon's arrival. 45 minutes after the appointment time with no sight of or word from Jon, I texted him and asked if we're still on track to meet. We waited another 20 minutes for a response to see if he had any plans whatsoever of showing up but it was just dead silence from Jon so we gave up and moved on with our day.

Fast forward 54 hours after the agreed upon appointment time and we still haven't heard from Jon. At this point, I think it's safe to say that business is booming so well for this company that they can't keep up with an overwhelmingly high demand of work.

Because they've given me nothing to review other than this poor experience at trying to obtain an estimate, my review is 1 star. I won't chase or beg anyone to take my money, so even if I finally receive an apology, I'm no longer interested in having them take on my small $25k to $30k job.

A couple years ago we were looking to have an old concrete patio removed and replaced with a large paved patio and firepit. We received bids from many different companies before we chose Basharaco. We chose Basharaco because of the quality of service we received from our first meting with them. Shannon was amazing and really helped us visualize our new patio with a colored sketch of the project. Both Matt and Shannon worked very close with us to ensure that we got everything we wanted while staying within our budget.
Fast forward to early this summer when we noticed that our retaining wall around the patio and firepit was slightly tilted due to settling in the ground. We called Basharaco and they came out and dismantled the wall and built it up again to solve the issue, all at no cost to us. The fact that they stand behind their product/work and provide such amazing customer services spoke volumes to us. We absolutely love our patio and everything about Basharaco Lawn & Landscape. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new patio, the service they provide is worth every penny.

I was looking to have some help with mulch and some spring cleaning. I contacted Jon Wilson and he was out within the day to give me an estimate. The work was completed professional and efficiently. I can't believe how easy and effortless the crew was to complete (as task that would take me days to complete alone). The yard and landscape looks amazing!
