I do not have service with this company! On Tuesday 22nd, you're employee treated my yard! He said he went by GPS and not the address. WHY?
My peonies are dying!

Chris and his staff do an excellent job at making the yard look fantastic. They are also incredibly friendly and reliable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their services.

DO NOT use Forest Green Lawns. I had them mow & bag my yard every other week due to my knee . Only once have they mowed the day they said they would. The one week in May when it rained a lot, they were behind (like always), mowed while the grass was extremely wet and while drizzling out and left tons of clippings I had to rake up (I had paid extra for bagging) and divets in my backyard. Then to top it off, they were suppose to come last Thursday, nope. Friday, I called at 3pm and was told they are running behind due to holiday & either they will be out Friday evening if not Saturday morning. Saturday, came home after 1pm, nothing. I am beyond pissed and left them a message. So I had to go out with my bad knee and mow Saturday which threw off other things I needed to do. It is now Monday afternoon, no call or sorry or anything from them.

I've been having Forest Green mow my lawn all year, which has been worry free. Yesterday they cleaned up the fall leaves and gave the landscaping a needed cleanup, and the results are phenomenal. I don't think there was a leaf or weed anywhere on the property when the landscapers finished. 10/10

I worked hard to support a local business through a range of escalating problems. Communication was very poor. Despite repeated conversations about how to manage our lawn, the same mistakes were made again and again. Under the care of this company, we have had dandelions and dead spots for going on two years. When I would confront them about problems, little responsibility was taken. I hope they improve and thrive. Currently, I would advise everyone to find a better lawn company.

Forest Green has been taking care of my lawn for years, and when I look at my neighbors lawns, compared to the job Forest Green has been doing over the years there, is no comparison. In fact, throughout the summer...in the heaviest of heat, my lawn continues to look so good! They work hard at making my lawn continue to look good....and always leave messages on what they did and when I should water.

Try another service.. Had Chris and Forest Green two years ago. Did both our early spring clean up and summer applications. Did a decent job although the crew who did the spring clean wanted more money claiming it was taking longer than expected.

The following year, they called and asked if we wanted to continue with the service, at first we said yes, but later called them to cancel the spring clean since it was taking longer than expected (did it ourselves). April had passed and it was now mid May, and they had yet to show for our first lawn application. Called Chris, he said it had accidentally been cancelled when we called off the spring clean. Said a crew would be out in a few days to get things rolling. Never showed!

Forest Green actually called again already this winter to ask to continue the service. I said, what service? And explained what happened the previous year. They said Chris would call back immediately to get it corrected. Must have had egg on his face... Never called.

I've already spread the word to avoid amongst friends. Poor business... Trying someone new this year.

Forest Green has been doing our lawn (monthly applications, spring and fall cleanups, aeration, occasional mowing, etc.) for over 20 years. They do a GREAT job, and Chris works very hard to make his customers happy. This is a local, family-owned business, and we cannot recommend them enough.

I requested a spring cleanup of my yard. I live in a part of the city with many mature trees, so I have lots of leaves, some of which do not fall from the trees until December. There is a lot to clean up. Forest Green did an excellent job of cleaning up the landscape and mulching the beds.

i was almost hit head on by one of your guys driving on the wrong side of the road in a marked black pickup truck southbound at the intesection of 108th and elison in front of prairie wind elementary.

i guess he was too impatient to wait 10 more seconds (probably less) for the turn lane to split off so the two or three cars in front of him could pass the cars turning right going to pick up their children at the elementary school. i understand school traffic is annoying - but endangering the wellbeing of people around you + children trying to cross the street is dumb.

road rage is embarrassing - especially so when you’re also embarrassing the company that gives you your paycheck.

I had used Forest Green Lawn and Landscaping for years. However, when Chris called me in early 2021 to ask if I wanted them to come out in 2021, I told him no. (I was planning on moving.) Allegedly they came out 4 times in 2021. I never got bills in my screen door since it did not latch. As for the flag in the yard, I never took it down so it was always there. I only knew they allegedly had been to my house when I received an email bill. The first 2 times I got an email bill, I called the company and when no one answered I left a voicemail saying I did not authorize services for the year. The 3rd email bill came when I was no longer living at the house. I emailed back on that bill, again saying I did not owe this money since I did not authorize services in 2021. I GOT NO RESPONSE. I never heard anything else about this alleged bill. Now suddenly in July 2022, I got an email from a collection agency. I told them I did not authorize this service and forwarded them the email I had sent to Forest Green Lawn to that effect. I also asked for proof I had authorized services (As I know I did not!!) I am now getting served by a collection company for this bill from Forest Green Lawn and Landscaping for services I never authorized.

Chris and his guys have done are yard for over five years and we have been very happy. From their weekly mowing and seasonal aeration to fertilization we have been pleased with the work and on-going maintenance. We would strongly recommend Forest Green.

Forest Green is GREAT! We have had them take of our lawn needs for many years. They did a great job replacing our yard after we had to replace our sewer line. Also helped us out mowing after my husband’s surgery. Our lawn looks so good 😊

Had forest green come out and do a simple rock bed around two sides of my shed and it did not come out as expected. They came back to try and straighten the lines by backfilling with dirt and still wasn’t up to my standard as it is a eye sore when looking at it from a distance.

I called Chris to have him come out and address the issue and right from the start of our conversation very unprofessional owner!! He came out and said it looks good and started arguing with me about the job. I told him I would pay for the rock and materials that were used but would not pay for the unsatisfactory job and the eye sore in my yard around my shed. Instead of coming back to fix the problem and make it right with the customer he proceeds to tell me he’s taking me to collections. Really?? DO NOT do any kind of business with this unprofessional owner Chris! What A Joke!!

This is absolutely the best lawn care company I have dealt with. They hooked me up with an affordable fertilizer plan each month, as well as gave me OPTIONS (not requirements) for things that my lawn would benefit from. Also, one of their employees was kind enough to take multiple hours out of his days, including showing me a few sites where they landscaped, to help me pick out plants for my own landscape. He was very helpful through the entire process, and worked with me to make sure it was something that I could afford. It's nice to do business with people who know how to treat people. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to my lawn.

Thank you Forest Green for the beautiful landscaping around our house. We couldn't be more impressed with your crew from design to finish. They were very professional, friendly, and always on time. Cleaned up after the install and owner came out after to make sure we were satisfied. We get a lot of compliments from the neighborhood walkers too! I really enjoyed the hand-written note in the mail as well. You don't see that much anymore and it made my day! Thank you!

Mike went above and beyond on our yard and side a great job. We had a great experience.

Forest Green did a fantastic job with our landscaping. They listened to what we wanted and provided great suggestions for plants that would fit the area. The staff was friendly and professional, the job took almost 3 days and everyday they cleaned up and checked in with us to make sure we were happy and made any changes we wanted with no problems. Great customer service, Great quality, and reasonably priced and timely compared to other companies we obtained bids from. Highly Recommend

The team who worked on our yard last month was incredible! In the front yard they brought in enough dirt to cover a place where a tree stump had been. The stump was flush with the ground, but nothing could grow there. The guy worked for about two hours just on that, then seeded the whole area. They also seeded an area that another landscaping company had left bare.

In the backyard they put 7,000 lbs. of river rock around our entire fence line so our two furry excavators can't dig out anymore. That took hours. This is especially great because the Husky has had to be on a 15 foot indoor/outdoor tie-out whenever we're not home. Now he has the run of the place!

One little thing they did that completely represents the quality of people these guys are: we set out a cooler of drinks for them because it was hot. Before they left, they wiped down the inside of the cooler and left it open so it would dry completely.

We cannot say enough about the exceptional work this company always does for us!

I used this company for a number of years. My yard never looked worse. I kept asking them to come and discuss. Chris came and didn’t even get it of his vehicle. I cancelled their service and they still billed me for a service. After disputing the charge for months I gave up and paid it. That’s how they treat a long term paying customer. Don’t waste your money on these guys.

These guys are amazing, especially Michael "The Grass Whisperer" Chase. With the precision of a seasoned surgeon he pin pointed a number of issues with my lawn and within a week he had it looking like a manicured Augusta during the Masters. I highly recommend Michael and his team of Turf Engineers.
