Arbor Aesthetics has taken care of our trees for several years and we love them. They can be trusted to give you the best regarding the health of your trees and how to keep them healthy. Matt and John were friendly and offered advice on how best to trim our trees.

Great job by the 3-man crew removing a damaged river birch out front and trimming some river birch trees in my back yard and once that was overhanging from a neighbor’s yard. Because this company is so in demand, I had to wait a while, but they were worth waiting for! Two arborists arrived on time to trim and elevate 3 large trees, plus a medium tree. They first checked their work order with me, then kept me updated on their plan to complete the work. They were so efficient, they finished in a little over 2 hours, and did a thorough job of cleaning up all the debris, even blowing off our patio and driveway. This company's estimate was one of the lower ones of 4.

Great service from beginning to end with Arbor Aesthetics. Great bid and then an earlier slot to cut and remove storm damage tree branches. Aidan, Ryan, & Joe were punctual and so very nice. They were easy to work with and did a fantastic job—all the way down to the cleanup. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Jase and his team at Arbor Aesthetics did a great job removing a tree that many other tree companies passed on due to the way it was situated on a terrace close to power lines. He was able to work with OPPD and find a way to remove a tree that was quite large and in danger of falling. They were prompt and friendly and carried away so much debris leaving our landscaping looking perfect. Thanks to Jase and his team I no longer worry every time the wind blows!

The process was super simple all the way through. I was able to request an estimate online over the weekend, including adding a photo of the tree I needed work on and my preferred contact method. Lisa reached out via text right away the next business day and set up an appointment to come out and assess the project.

The confirmation email I received included appointment details, including a photo of the arborist who would be coming. Dylan was super punctual (I think he was a few minutes early even) and really nice! He talked up through the various options we had for three trees, explained the growing habits to expect of the species, and made sure to break up the line items on the estimate so we could tailor the work to our preferences. He took an interest in our native plant restoration project and knew all of the species on sight, which was really impressive!

I was able to approve the estimate online after Cindy removed one of the line items at my request. She set us up for a day and handled the OPPD assist scheduling as well. I appreciated the emails she sent explaining what to expect and what prep work we needed to do for access, especially since the team would need to go into my neighbors yard to remove trimmed branches.

On the day of, Matt and John arrived around 8:30. They walked me around the property again to confirm the details and got right to work. I wanted to keep the large trunk material, and Matt was kind enough to cut it into manageable sizes and stack it neatly in the back corner. John assessed the health of two blue spruce trees I was worried about, which gave me peace of mind. They got done super fast and kept everything very tidy.

I chose to work with Arbor Aesthetics initially because of their easy to navigate website, online scheduling options, and Tree Care Industry certification. I would 100% work with them again after meeting their team and seeing the quality of the work.

I had 3 mature trees in definite need of trimming. Kris, Jowe, and Robert did an excellent job. I have used Arbor in the past and the quality and pricing of their work has been great on both occasions. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Really good folks to work with.

The team (Kris, Jake, and Jowe) did an amazing job cleaning up our tree canopy. We have a few mature trees and the results were better than expected. The team had great communication and ensured I was satisfied with their work. Very happy we went with Arbor Aesthetics!

Came the day after the storm to remove my fallen spruce and clear the broken branches from a maple tree. Took care not to damage the lawn or landscaping. Cleaned up every scrap once they were done. Would highly recommend this his company for your tree work.

Matt and his crew arrived promptly and were very Professional in their approach to trimming three of my trees. Matt kept me well informed from the very beginning, explaining exactly what they were gonna do and the approximate timeframe it was gonna take to complete their mission. He checked in with me several times between the start and the finish of the process as well as a summary when he was completed. I really appreciated keeping me informed that was very important to me, and they were very respectful of my property and did a great job trimming my trees. I look forward to the next experience with arbor aesthetics.

I have used Arbor Aesthetics tree service for years now and am always happy with the quality of their work! During the recent storm I had a tree fall onto my roof. On the day of my appointment, I had a doctors appointment that I couldn’t miss. The crew wasn’t there when I had to leave and when I got back, they were finishing up already! The crew members I talked to were very professional and polite, even though I’m sure they had been working day and night in the 90 degree heat! They were able to take a short break to eat the ice cream I brought them, though! A big thank you to the entire crew!

Called all the tree companies in town and they had the best price and best customer service. Would recommend for our next tree project. Took a giant silver maple out of the back of the house and cleaned up nicely. Ryan is a true professional.

Arbor Aesthetics Tree Service is the best tree service I've ever used. They do great work at a reasonable price.

I recently had my trees trimmed by Kris, Jowe, and Robert. They arrived on-time and went through the work planned. They made sure I didn't have any questions. They cleaned up the job site by removing the cuttings and branches. After they were finished, they made sure I was satisfied with the work. Very friendly and professional.

On a side note, I have a white birch tree that was being attacked by Japanese beetles. They have been treating the tree for the past few years and it's never looked better.
